PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
Woof. Arf. Yip.
Getting Started:
You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.
Classic
PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in
v4.3.x-vanilla
releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x
releases
(the same releases retail use).
Classic Era caveats:
- Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
- Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

Sorry, I mistyped. I was doing that from memory. I'm looking for the "Mini" and "Percent" to be in one text.
im new to pitbull and Ive heard great things, but when i click enable on the modules>portrait>enable i seem to be missing my characters 3d portrait? Any help here, thanks in advance :)
Thank you
Thank you this Unit frame addon is very good.
Pitbull4_HideBlizzard has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI.
....?
We are getting some sporadic reports of this, but thought we got the fix in last night.
I have noticed a couple issues with the latest release. I'm not sure if it's because of omnicc or pb4. For one, the buffs are showing up above my player frame as well as in the top right hand corner. I don't want the ones in the top right.
Second, the buffs cannot be right clicked to remove them. I have made sure that click through is not enabled, but I still can't get rid of buffs in the event that I would need to.
Thanks
Now... knowing that if you still want to turn the Blizzard ones off, go to /pb>Modules> Hide Blizzard Frames and make sure Buffs/Debuffs is checked.
Thanks!!!
Can you try this and see if it changes:
Change the Filter Type Box to "Raid Group"
And check Group1 and Group 2
(on your 10 man config)
IIRC, default is Show All. (not in-game atm to verify). I used Raid Group and randomly checked and unchecked all the groups to see if that would jar it to show. Didn't work.
Only thing that works is to check both 5 man raid and 10 man raid. I am obsessive compulsive about seeing initial raid invites go out and have to see who is in the raid. Gives me a weird feeling when invited to a raid and no raid frames pop-up.
But like you said, once more than 5 people are in the raid, it will show all 10 frames. Grateful for your patience.
Is it wise to check Show When In... 5 man raid for my 10 man raid group to make sure something shows up when 1st invites go out? (if I ever get any raid frame to appear)
Xperl+Grid convert here. I spent a good amount of time setting up raid frames for 10 man, 25 man, and 40 man raids using new layouts for each one as I wanted specific sizes and features to show for each. Your wowace guide and faq helped immensely.
However, I cannot get raid frames to show up for any raid size. I filtered each layout for the corresponding raid size. Made sure hiding blizzard frames was checked. Also turned off all mods except for Pitbull. Still no raid frames showing. This was testing using only 1 other person to join party and convert to raid.
Am I missing something so obvious? Thanks in advance.
I'm assuming you made a raid group(or 3 one for each size) since you mentioned the guides.
For your test are both of you in the same party (party 1)? if so move one person into another party group(party 2 for example). That should make your raid frames show up. (If you are both in the same party it considers it to be a "Raid 5" size.)
Please let me know if that doesn't work.
