PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
Woof. Arf. Yip.
Getting Started:
You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.
Classic
PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in
v4.3.x-vanilla
releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x
releases
(the same releases retail use).
Classic Era caveats:
- Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
- Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

Take a screenshot of the tooltip framestack shows and post it please.
I have not been able to replicate the issue.
I am assuming you have different layouts ones where you want to see who has aggro, and ones were you do not. For all those you do NOT want to see the aggro coloration turn it off by unchecking the enable box pointed to above.
I'm trying to turn off all the buffs/debuffs on my character (Player) but it seems to remove buffs/debuffs from showing on my target (Target) as well. I have another buff mod that shows my buffs/debuffs, I don't need PB4 to do that for me. I do however like the buffs/debuffs to show on my target. I'm absolutely sure the answer to my issue is simple. I just wish I knew what the answer was!
Also, former SUF user moving over to PB4. Liking the customization and look of the frames so far :)
For the sake of simple, start with your layout with the buffs you want to see turned on. Make a new layout (details in the guide) On your new layout turn off those buffs.
Apply that newly named layout to your Player frame.
Now for the layout you want to use it on, go to Layout Editor > Indicators > Portrait and check Enable there.
Please forgive me for all the questions, but I want to make sure I fully understand the situation you are experiencing.
How many new groups did you make for your Raid Group? (one, one for raid and one for pets, more than one, etc)
For your "raid" group (named under Groups > Current Group), on the group page is it set as unit group of raid?
On the filtering tab under groups do you have all the needed raid sizes checked? (Keep in mind that if your guild runs with 29 people in a 25 man you will need to check the 40 man raid option since its technically larger than a 25 man)
Second... I was not able to replicate this. Please let me know how your config differs from what I set up:
Health Bar custom color; deficit is checked; fall to certain doom = grey health bar. My empty and full opacities were both at 100%.
Second, when using custom coloring, is there somewhere I can click or check to ensure that dead units are greyed out? Right now, then they die, they simply show "DEAD" in the bar, but are still the custom color I have selected for health "deficit"
any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks again for the great work on this add on!

As far as the gray bars, I dont see anything described as Fall to certain Doom... am I missing this?
Since you just made ONE raid group and you dont' want to see Raid Pets.... Test This:
Under "Current Group" select the name of the raid group you made
Under "Unit Group" select "RAID"
You are now seeing Raid members only.
If you want to see pets then you need to make a new group for them.
Go to Groups
Set your current group to "Party Pets" On the filtering tab, aside from Party... do you have other raid group sizes checked?
If you are testing this with a small raid (raid 5 is checked by default), that could be why you are seeing those pets show up.
