You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.

Classic

PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in v4.3.x-vanilla releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x releases (the same releases retail use).

Classic Era caveats:

Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

I don't think clique has that level of control, either. In fact, I didn't know it was possible to have a UnitFrame respond to shift+right click but let right click get to the WorldFrame.

@Paradox52525, my suggestion would be to use something like Clique. You should be able to control exactly what clicks are accepted by the frames that way.

Is there any way to disable the right-click menu on only raid unit frames? I found an old thread on how to do this by editing the Pitbull.lua file, but that change disables the menu on all frames. I use mouseover macros on Pitbull frames to heal, and I'd love to be able to mouse turn while hovering over a raid frame, or at the very least to stop getting accidental menus popping up, but I don't want to lose the menus on player/target/focus frames if possible. It would also probably work if all menus could be disabled, but only while in combat. Is anything like this possible?

Not everyone wants to use PB for Raid frames. If you do, the guide linked above can help you make a group and configure them.

Hey I love your frames and have used them for years. I'm having a problem with the default blizzard raid frame popping up on the side of my screen every time I enter combat. I'd like to know if this is a bug or if there's something I'm missing. I've got the frame hidden in the PB options and the default frame itself collapsed but the collapsed part keeps on showing up for whatever reason ='(

I know there are some add ons that cause frames to reappear. This is addressed specifically in the FAQ along with some possible suggestions for which add ons those are. Please check there.

Also... test by turning off all add ons except PB and see if this is still happening. If so, make a ticket on wowace. If not.... its another add on.

Pitbull doesn't alter tooltips. You could get another addon that does add that information to tooltips if you wanted though. :)

I guess this is a dumb question, and if its been asked and answered and I've just overlooked it, I apologize. Is there a way to make exp/rep appear in a tooltip when you mouse over the bar? Maybe custom code I could add to the exp/rep bars?

Would it be possible to sort auras so that it only shows mine, but it still shows everything? For instance mounts which are not shown using the current settings unless I allow all. Also, the ability to show all of mine, and sort it in the order of activation. As it stands currently I can sort it alphabetically, but that can get annoying when tracking new buffs as they will resort up the list, opposed to just being at the end.

Hopefully this makes sense, appreciate it.

Is there any interest in adding something that will let you dismiss your ghoul while specced frost, or is it already implemented? In the blizzard UI when you summon a ghoul unspecced unholy you get a timer similar to a totem timer next to your player portrait that when clicked dismisses it.

Checked the guide but only told me how to make party and raid frames, I love the character/pet/target etc (basicly the portraits) but would like to keep my old raid frames is it possible to disable the raid an party frames and spare some memory usage?

go to /pb Modules > Hide Blizzard Frames and uncheck those items you want to use the default Blizz frames for.

I can't get this addon to work on my hunter. The setup works fine on all other characters, even with pets out, but when I take out my pet on my hunter, the game freezes for a second or two. Following that, only the health bar of my pet will show up, and the background will be gone. If I log into the game with my pet already out, the above happens (sometimes the health bar doesn't draw as well), as well as the background and portrait being missing from the player frame. Is this a bug or do you have any suggestions as to how I can fix this?

Sounds like you are not using the latest version (beta28) as that was happening for users after the removal of the happiness for pets.
