Hey all, it looks like some of you are at least getting the config for Pitbull to launch? I have downloaded the midnight version of Pitbull and installed it. It looks like it is trying to work but it will not open the config menu. Did ya'll make an edit or adjustment to allow that to populate?

@nottle_ I've created a fixed version using chatGPT, and most of the bugs have been resolved. You could try it? However, I don't know how to send you a compressed file; perhaps you could message me privately with your email address.

I'm going crazy! I've been fixing this for hours and it's still giving me errors. Does anyone have a version that works on the official server?

@aess123 at this point I'd assume it's abandoned, which is a shame. However no news from the current maintainer in over four months is pretty telling. Sad to see the end of the Pitbull era.

For the past three months, I’ve opened this screen every single day just to check. How I’ve wished to see an update indicating that it has been adapted for the new version! 100 days have flown by in the blink of an eye, and the wait has been truly agonizing. I sincerely hope you are able to finish it soon.

@aess123 I'm reaching a breaking point. I've been using a fan update of shadowed uf, because the released beta of this doesn't have the libraries baked in. The AI one produces errors for my main. I'm very close to just ditching both and using enhance qol's frames. It'll be a compromise in what I'd ideally want the frames to look like, but I'm so tired of checking github for SUF and this page for an update only to find silence. I will always believe devs have a right to work at their own pace especially on freeware, it'd just be nice to see some communication.

@Grymm yea scratch some of that, EQOL can pretty much match what I want from PB for Player, Pet, Target, ToT, and Focus. It *can* do party and raid (and I may end up using it for this but ugh editing in edit mode just sucks). So I've installed Dander's Frames. It will not match my Player etc. frames, but what both EQOL and Dander's Frames will do? Update via a client, communicate with the users. I'll still keep hoping that Pitbull returns, it's the better option IMO, but not if I can't use it.

PB offers for me the most customisation options from them all.

@Rumorix yea, PB is the best choice, if it gets updated properly. EQOL lets me get player/target/pet/ToT/Boss frames set up decently. But the party, and more so the raid options are pretty lackluster. Dander's Frames is decent, but TBH configuring PB is easier and we all know that's saying something.

For now I'm using EQOL for the things I mentioned above, may use it for party too IDK. And hopefully I can tweak DF into something good for me for raid. I just can't deal with waiting months with zero word from the dev. or the check github to see if it's updated (less of a hassle but meh).

@Grymm 100% - feeling the same - im ussing PB in the "midnight beta" version but many things quite dont work right - bufftimer are off or dont update right - i can see no absobrs...

atleast i found a decent way to show the important stuff via tellmewhen but heck - yeah i was hyped when the midnight version hit github (always have the tab open to look at xD)
