It is not yet implemented. There is an open ticket requesting it and I know that its been worked on some. These things take time :)

Open the configuration window, and make sure the proper layout is active. Go to the "Bars" page, and on the "General" tab you can adjust the padding. That will "shrink" the background (actually it will enlarge the bars, since there will be no padding around them) by a couple of pixels. I leave mine on the default value, which is "2", so I have a thin black outline to my frames.

been using pitbull for as long as I can remember. I did have a taint issue. I was in the Raid browser, I don't think I've ever been there before btw...

Open a ticket on this please. I recall someone else mentioning this to me. It may not be us, sometimes the taint information is wrong. But it's something I should look into.

Hi. I have a problem with Pitbull addon. I sorted out how to work with it, made some nice looked interface. But then, when i wanna test it i went on BG. That was Eye of Storm and when i get in there i receive some errors compared with Pitbull. It works properly, but i have on the screen 5 or 6 unexpected bars. Without any text or something, only horizontal colored bars. They apper and disappear randomly. Later i went to WSG and there was no problems at all. Sadly, but i have no time yesterday to test the addon work more.

@Jonostra, It's possible you'd just have to write the Lua to do it, none of the default ones are going to do that.

Hello all..

Is it possible to show names in class color, but also in green for PvP players and city NPC's, red for enemy players and mobs and yellow for neutral creatures?

Essentially, what I want is to get the exact same name colors as when I'm using Blizz unit frames. All I got so far is class color, no matter PvP, enemy, friendly, etc..

I haven't noticed any LUA errors so far, but I have noticed my target frame cycling through apparently nonexistent raid symbols. Also raid symbols on my focus frame seem to get "stuck" on the screen even after the focus frame goes away, if that makes sense. The latter is more rare though.

I have raid symbols attached to the health bars of my target/focus frames, aligned in the middle.

You sure someone isn't using an addon to cycle them? There was an addon at one point that did that. I'll look into the focus frame issue. But I'd imagine that someone is just playing with the icons on you.

What were you thinking in making the options. Why do we have to make a new group in order to change party or raid. Other UI addons dont have that making them much easyer to configure.

I cant find how to change party settings in not showing their buffs not showing their casting bars not showing their pets/target/etc etc without it removing the same things from my own portrait and target.

Your options are way to hard to understand for a person that just downloaded Pitbull for the first time. X-perl for example is so easy to configure compared to Pitbull.

Sounds to me like you don't understand the layout system. There are guides linked above that explains it. Yes it's different than other addons. That in and of itself doesn't make it wrong, just different. Quite a few people have posted saying they really like this design. Quite a few people have complained about it only to really like it once they understood it.

It's difficult to approach something that does something in a different way and not bring your expectations of how it should behave. When I first started using PitBull I expected layouts to behave the way layouts behave in this version. So to me the design seems very intuitive.

Ultimately, our goal is not to create X-Perl. Our goal is to create the addon that we wanted.

I have a problem with the addon not letting me edit raid frames. I turned on 10-man raid setup in config mode, but the Groups menu will only let me edit party and party pets, and config mode only shows player's pet, players pet's target, focus's target, and focus's focus's target frames when I chose 10-man config mode.

You'll have to make a new group first and then tell this group to show raid groups.

@maxtormm, No idea why you can't get it to do that. I had no problem doing that when someone complained about it a while back and tested it. I confirmed that the frame levels are set such that texts are always above portraits. The only thing I can think of is that possibly you are running an old version before I reorganized the frame levels.
