PitBull Unit Frames 4.0

Getting Started:

You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.

Classic

PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in v4.3.x-vanilla releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x releases (the same releases retail use).

Classic Era caveats:

Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

I'm sure you are probably aware,but just in case you're not.. Now there is no option in the drop down menu at all to configure party or raids, it only lists solo.

Yes we are aware. That is why there is red text on the tooltip explaining that we purposefully turned it off.
There is a bug we are working on that was introduced with 4.0.3.

You can still configure those frames. Either by making a layout using the singleton frames in config mode and then applying it to your groups or by joining a group and configuring them that way.

Yep, just updated myself and pitbull no longer works. Everything is on and functioning in the WoW addons page at login, but in-game the unit frames are back to Blizzard default and /pitbull does nothing.

As of Beta 18, Pitbull no longer works at all, I get the default unit frames. Checking Pitbull in Addon Manager shows the core Pitbull mod loaded, but all the modules are showing as Load On Demand. Manually loading each module doesn't improve the situation.

Hey, after updating Pitbull 4.0, its essentially completely broken. its installed, enabled, but does not show up, nor does it even show as present in the interface. confirmed with a few friends that use it, they are having the same problem as i am.
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Shows up when you select add-ons from the character selection screen and it shows active (check marks) but does not load. In-game check of add-ons does not show it.

Pitbul went *poof* after updating.
Its activated in my addons but it doesn't seem to load at all, even the /pitbul command doesn't work anymore.

Once the group is set, you can reload ui and it will work correctly until the groups are changed. That will help in the interim.

Ugh, my beloved Pitbull is unusable. The life meters are all wrong! Does anyone know of a workaround or of an alternate addon that's comparable to use in the meantime?

We are aware there is an issue that revolves around changing members in the groups. We are working on a fix. You could turn on the default Blizz raid frames in the short term.

go to /pb Modules > Hide Blizzard Frames and uncheck "Party" and "Raid"
