PitBull Unit Frames 4.0

Getting Started:

You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.

Classic

PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in v4.3.x-vanilla releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x releases (the same releases retail use).

Classic Era caveats:

Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

This sounds like an issue with your game UI and your actual UI being of actual different scale. It seems to happen with Windows 7 64bit from what I've gathered.

This thread here (http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31813&highlight=Windows bit ) will probably do a much better job of explaining what's happening and a solution.

Hello, i'm having a problem with my power bars, which seem to change sizes almost every time that i log in and out(its more like when i exit the game), of course without me changing any setting...

You can also add individual spells without playing with the lua file as described in the aura filtering section of the guide.

The mage debuff Pyroblast! (notice the !) isn't included in the debuff list. Pyroblast! is what's applied to an enemy after an instant cast pyroblast from a Hot Streak proc.

I modified Filter.lua and added:

[92315] = true, -- Pyroblast!

To the mage section to make it show up in my filter's list.

For some time I have an issue with party config. When I set Config mode to any mode that should display party, party frames does not show. Sometimes 'Party' label shows. When in actual party only actual members are shown in config mode...

There is a bug in config mode, and we did note that in the tooltip to select config mode. We are working to fix the issue, but it does take time.

Please use a singleton to config or a live group until this is resolved. Thank you

Hi i have a question about customizing the castbar, I want it only shown on my target and focus, so not on the player and target of target. So far i've only found the option to global enable/disable the bar but not for single frames.

hey, i have a problem with buffs and debuffs, i only want to see my own self buffs on myself, no debuff, and on the target i only want to see the debuffs i put on it, and all the buffs the target has, how do i do that?

You will need a new layout and then filter the auras (buffs/debuffs) on that layout differently. The guide linked above can help you with building aura filters.

Cheers Theland ;) You could also try go download Curse Client, its good to keep addons updated, i haven't used for 4 years now but then i finnaly installed it, and now i can't live without it :) it updates "most" of your addons, (ofc not them that aint downloadable from curse, you need to install them the old way)

so i tried to describe the same bug, but it is detected only in raid mode(more than 5 members). the party mode works fine)
p.s. using dog3tags
p.p.s. sorry, i can't upload my pitbull.lua on wowace, because theirs system of registration answer me "Bad request" xDDD

wowace uses the same user id and pw as here, you don't need to re-register.

Odd that it works for you for party and not for raid. I'm curious on what you have different from your party layout to your raid layout.

using beta 19, i had some bug with monitoring groupframes in raid. some nicknames and their HP's are replacing with another members of raid, but the class colored HP's are standing as they be. it made much problems with using that UI for raid =(

PLease add your config file to the ticket on wowace. (Same Login and pw as here) This is a bug that we know is happening for some people but not everyone so we are trying to find out why it is happening for those people that are experiencing the issue.

I have this problem with buffs and debuffs, how they show up...
I want them to show up like I had in Pitbull 3, but I can't find the option from anywhere...
Like they were "stacked" on buffs on top and debuffs under on the frames, but right now I can only set the left side or right side for buffs and debuffs alone,
like "from left to down" or so... this frustrates me a bit :<

There is a ticket requesting this feature that you could add your voie to. It also has a nice discussion in the comments as to why the design change happened.
