PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
Woof. Arf. Yip.
Getting Started:
You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.
Classic
PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in
v4.3.x-vanilla
releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x
releases
(the same releases retail use).
Classic Era caveats:
- Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
- Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

Guys i have a problem with the portrait when switching to 3 screens (5760x1080) The avatar is displayed what looks like 2 or 3 times over each other Here is an example
Sounds like something wrong with your WoW install. Green is what the game does if it can't find a texture.
Yesterday when I logged in all the buffs were green and the enemy buffs were black, I've tried to relogg but nothing works, does anyone have the same problem?
Guys i have a problem with displayin' of raid. When i select group menu in addon, pop up these error:

I was tryin' to delete all another addons because i think maybe its conflict, reload addon, and the problem persists.
Please help me.Thanks!
This is a minor annoyance. BUT...when pitbull is activated, and without changing any of the setting I have had for months, it is now causing the wow onscreen quest updating to fail. In other words, when you are collecting quest items or kills, you would normally see a "3 of 10 collected" in yellow letter in the upper mid screen. This would normally fade out over a few seconds, till you get your next item. What is causing this?
Bug in WoW itself. They have a taint leak issue that's breaking all sorts of things. We don't do anything with that frame at all.
When this happens, it's always in combat, and it drops my FPS to 2 until the fight ends:

Not sure what I can do about this. This is Blizzard's poor attempt at trying to guarantee that WOW addons don't hurt your playing experience. If you can open a ticket and post your PitBull4.lua file out of WTF/Account/$ACCOUNTNAME/SavedVariables I'll see if there's something about your config that makes this show up.

Bug in WoW itself. Nothing I can do about it.
I'll look into it. It should be able to be vertical.
I've been using Pitbull for years and just came across the first customization problem. I use a "vertical" layout so my health fills from the top to bottom instead of left to right. This works great for health and mana, however if I turn on "Alternate power bar" it only fills from left to right, making it very difficult to discern fill levels. Is it possible to have vertical fill as an option?
Works just fine you just need to set the Side to Left or Right just like your other bars.
Sounds to me like you're editing the wrong layout. See this page in the Guide:
http://www.wowace.com/addons/pitbull4/pages/guide/making-layouts-and-applying-to-frames/
Weird problem; I've been using the same Pitbull profile/settings for well, I guess years now. But I can't seem to make any changes, settings seem correct but the changes I make are not applying. For example I'm trying to move my monks Chi bar to the bottom of the frame but it just refuses to move. Also I'm trying to change my power bar to absolute and percentage view, but it just sticks to absolute even though my settings window says it's set correctly.
Latest beta version via the Curse client.
Any idea? I'd hate to completely start over...
Hello, I have a question about the latest version. I really thank to the developers, but there's a problem about alternative power bar part... I don't use pitbull's alternative power bar, so I disable the APB module on pitbull and use the blizzard default APB. However, it doesn't seem to appear when I first log on to the game. I have to open the control panel, and change the settings (Check and uncheck again the 'hide blizzard default APB' option) to make the blizzard default APB to appear (It doesn't appear if I don't do this). Can you help me with this, please? T_T
Can you reproduce this when PitBull4 is the only addon running?
Looks like the debuff is called Voodoo Doll (not plural)
http://www.wowhead.com/spell=122151
Hi, I have been using Pitbull for ALL my unit frames, I've altered my party/raid frames to make them look very similar to the Grid addon's frames.
My pitbull won't display the 'Voodoo Dolls' debuff that appears in Gara'jal the Spiritbinder's boss fight in Mogu'shan Vaults. I've been using the Advanced Aura filter to Whitelist only the debuffs I care to see & this has worked for me for all other buffs but 'Voodoo Dolls' refuses to appear on my raid frames.
Could I be getting the debuff's name wrong? I'm confused, help please! [:
Have you made it so that we can make pitbull apply to arena yet?
