State in Shadowlands
GatherMate2_Data and the background tools have been updated for Shadowlands, and early data for both Herbs and Mining locations is already available in the latest update. We'll keep updating the database as more information is uploaded to Wowhead!
anyone help , ive been messing about with addon between 2 chars , and now the mineing ores ive farmed in BFA zones are not showing up on my map they are gone , but i did press import on my other char , does that mean ive lost the ones i did in BFA zone.
Time to reach out to WOWHead for a db submission request.
Downloaded this + GatherMate2....but when I import data theyre still no icons on the map.
Only when I find herbs by myself it display it on the map.
I run the game in german language...is this the problem maybe?

Gathermate2_data: V31.0 - released 21/JULY/2018
Is there BFA data yet? When I got the import section, there's no BFA option in the expansion dropdown. Importing data also doesn't add nodes to my BFA map zones.
I have tried several times to import the data. The chat box confirms that is it imported but nothing shows on my map and I have all the setting to show everything all the time.
ARGH! Ok, how do I import the gathermate data? Where does it go? I know just enough about this crap to know it has to go in a file somewhere. What does it mean to "install gathermate2_data"?

I have the same problem as the author of the previous comment. The addon worked fine in Legion but now it seems to be incompatible. A fix would be nice so we can at least import the old content for your awesome addon again. :)

hello i just installed gathermate2 and gathermate2 data and i am trying to import nodes from older zones the import button is lit up like it will do it but when i click it it does nothing..
is this an issue with the 8.0 release or is it something i am doing wrong?
any help would be nice :)
I added the herb & ore data for Broken Shore and Argus to this addon. Just download this file and put the 2 files in the archive into your Gathermate2_Data directory. You can import the data into GatherMate 2 afterwards. (Look at the comments for GatherMate 2 if you don't see any icons in the new zones, especially in other languages then english, which should work out of the box).
Installed this but the import section of Gathermate2 remains completely blank with no options...to do anything. Just blank.
Any clue to what I should do?
It has really been quite some time for updates. As we're now at 7.3 and Argus has released, there's now even more new nodes and content throughout the Legion expansion. Would it be feasible to pack up at very least all of what we know through 7.3 PTR (or using 7.2.5 live at least would still be a big update) and add it to the GatherMate2_Data repository? I certainly hope so!
Thanks!
Until GatherMate2_Data gets updated, people might want to look at WoWGatheringNodes. It is a Gathermate2/Gatherer import db uses the latest WoWhead data. It also adds the ability to import data on object not currently supported by Gathermate2 like the Wyrmtongue treasures.
Never mind.. I waited until someone uploaded it to the twitch launcher.
Hi,
I don't know if i missed something but I don't know where to "Install" this data file so i can import it.. Yes I am new to using addons.
