Elkano's BuffBars
EBB provides groups of statusbar style indicators to show (de)buffs currently affecting your char or some other units (currently focus, pet and target). For the player, it can also show indicators for temporary enchants place on it's weapons.
Due to changes Blizzard made with WoW 4.x it's no longer possible to cancel buffs without the use of secure frames. Currently EBB limits canceling of buffs to out-of-fight since using SecureAuraHeader would have required a major code restructuring. This will be coming in a later version.
Version 2.x is a total recode based on the Ace2 framework which became necessary in order to support some of the longtime wanted and suggested features. It's now possible to show different groups of bars which can be configured in many ways. Each group can be assigned an individual look and filter settings. EBB can be configured via a dropdown menu which is accessible via chat (/ebb config), FuBar plugin or (for the group settings) by right clicking the groups anchor. After setting up a group, its anchor can be hidden by alt-left clicking a bar or the anchor itself in order to lock the group in place.
In order to get additional bar textures and fonts for EBB simply install SharedMedia which is available for download under http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/sharedmedia.aspx

Posted Jul 11, 2009I want to track the Eclipse cooldown through EBB, so the ability to see how long (30 seconds) the Eclipse buff has been down would make that possible.

Posted Jul 1, 2009By default, you only have three groups, one for buffs on your char, one for debuffs on your char and one for buffs on your weapons. Maybe you created an additional group?

The groups themselves currently don't support a multi-column display but you could split them into multiple groups and filter them based on time.

Posted Jun 23, 2009- show them in the same group (with no means to distinguish them): just select both BUFF and DEBUFF for that group
- anchor the debuff group to the buff group: just move the debuffs close under the buff group and they should stick

Posted Jun 4, 2009I would like to know if there is a way for when hoving over a buff/debuff to have an option for anchoring the info box to where the mouse is. I.e when hoving over buffs under your charater the box comes up where the mouse is, is there an option in your addon for this so it can so the same?

Apart from that I like Elkano's Buffbar one of the best I know.

Posted May 27, 2009I ask because I changed the font for Group 1 and 2 to Arial Narrow. And now my tooltip font has changed to Arial Narrow also. Is this a bug? Or is there some option I changed which I can no longer find?

Posted May 26, 2009-Timer options for time remaining on spells could be improved. I want a simple option to display whole seconds followed by fractions of a second to two decimal places. No text please, no minutes. Compact!
-Horizontal growth. Why are the Buff bars limited to growing only up or down? I'd like to make use of the horizontal space on my screen more efficiently.
-I'd like to be able to filter for debuffs/buffs cast on a target that have been cast by me only. For instance, tracking Living Bomb on my current target will display all living Bombs on the target, when I just want to see my own.

Posted May 24, 2009I have a request. I use several groups to make it easier to see the buffs I have, one of these groups is for consumables and another for self buffs. This makes it really easy to see if I am slacking on my raid buffing ;) and when I need to re-use my consumables. I currently have to filter each elixir, scroll and flask etc (and well fed ofc) individually to each group, and separate out my self buffs in the same way.
Is it possible to add options to the filter menus to allow easier separation of consumables, and of buffs castable by the character?
