Decursive key benefits
Ease of use:
- Decursive supports all classes with cleansing abilities and configures itself automatically, it works straight out of the box, no configuration is required.
- Intuitive interface and detailed options, Decursive is suitable for simple usage and power users.
Control what and who you want to dispel:
- Easily Filter out afflictions you don't want to cure or that are useless to remove by class (some are pre-configured). (Such as afflictions affecting mana on non-mana classes, etc...).
- Choose between what you can dispel (magic, curses, poison, diseases, charms) choosing their priority. (this allows you to share the cleansing work with other players effectively)
- Prioritize or exclude members. (keep players, classes, or raid groups in a specific order to cleanse them in order of importance)
Manage Mind controlled units:
- If you are a Mage, a Druid or a Shaman you can Polymorph/Cyclone/Hex mind-controlled players.
- In any case Decursive will allow you to target mind controlled units easily.
- Decursive supports magic charming affect removal for Shamans (Purge and Hex), Priests (Dispel Magic), Hunters (Tranquilizing Shot), and Warlocks (Fellhunter and Doomguards spells).
Don't waste time:
- Your cleansing spell Cooldown is displayed to maximize your dispel speed.
- An automatic blacklist will prevent you from loosing time on players who can't be dispelled. (player 'out of line of sight' for example).
- Decursive choose a logical cleansing order depending on your current position in the raid. (preventing dispel concurrence between players and thus 'nothing to dispel' messages)
React faster:
- Visual and/or auditive alerts when someone needs your attention and can be dispelled.
- Special sound alert when Unstable Affliction is detected and you're about to dispel it.
- Visual and auditive alert when your dispel attempts are resisted or fail.
Integration in any interface:
- Decursive is designed to save screen real estate and to be forgotten when not needed.
- Many options allow you to customize Decursive appearance and interface behavior.
- All Decursive alert colors can be modified making it suitable for color-blind people.
Highly optimized and effective coding:
- Decursive was developed with memory and CPU usage in mind, installing Decursive won't affect your frame rate even in the worst battle conditions.
- Bug free: bugs are not tolerated in Decursive.
In brief, what you get with Decursive is effectiveness, a player using Decursive will always dispel faster than other players.

Decursive is dedicated to the memory of Bertrand Sense known as Glorfindal on the European server Les Sentinelles. He was the raid leader of my guild (Horizon)

Since mages can sheep mind-controlled targets to take them out of combat, why can't druids cyclone MC targets? I was hoping that feature might be able to be added into Decursive as the 1.5s casting time and 6-second duration are almost the perfect length to CC an MC'd target.
Well no... but you can filter out unstable affliction if you want to ; using the appropriate option menu entry.
I'm also interested in the answer to Goil's question
Here's a question -- is it possible to have the MUF have some graphical change (e.g. a black X over it) if the target is debuffed with Unstable Affliction, which you probably want to think twice before cleansing?
No, this is not needed for MUFs usage. You can delete Decursive's macro and put another instead, you'll just get an error message from Decursive when it'll attempt to create/update its macro.
Actually, Arch, was just going to ask a similar question. Is this macro part of how using the MUFs works, or is it just for mouseover curing on-screen?
All I use are the MUFs and don't have any need for anything else, so if it's not required for MUF usage, I could really use the macro space. :)
I've said it before, but again, thanks for all the hard work on this--I really don't think I could have as much fun playing without it.
How does work your own better designed one? (I'm interested)
For now there is no way to prevent Decursive from creating this macro, I'll add an option for that...
How do you disable the creation and maintaining of the Macro? I don't need Decursive making a macro since I have my own better designed one.
I tried disabling all the cure options, but that just creates a macro that displays text in the chatbox which is beyond useless.
@Gridius:
Thanks :)
@jwwpua:
no, not currently, maybe in a futur version.
Keep up the great work, I am really enjoying this addon.
Is it possible to display player names in the boxes? I know about the live list, but I am wanting to click a person's name to remove debuffs. thanks
You're right, :)
Also, FireA, the settings Arch showed you (as you may have already noticed) will allow you to set decursing to right click. I have it set that way myself as it's more natural for me as well. However, you still needn't worry about accidentally messing up your sheep target by trying to click (accidentally) on the MUF, as it will not sheep anything (or affect your current sheep target) if no friendly players are currently MC'd. There's no room for error in this regard--it's simply NOT possible. :P
I've been known to press the right button and release 'cause I keep having to dispel when I play my priest and I think decurse is also right clicking. A lot of this is just that I'm mentally challenged :P
@Rikakiah:
Thank you :)
@FireAllianceNX:
As rikakiah said the only way to cause an "accident" would be to over with your mouse the MUF of someone that is mind-controlled AND to click and REALEASE your right-mouse button on this MUF and to not cancel the polymorph cast...
@Sinju:
There was a bug last time I tried to upload the ZIP archive... I've just uploaded it again but I'm not sure it'll appear. Go on 2072productions.com to get a zip archive if you like old formats^^
Rikakiah: I understand the purpose of it, but I can poly quick enough on my own with an auto-focus, and I just don't want any accident when I am moused over Decursive. I'm glad that it works out for others, and thank you Arch for letting me know where to disable that. :)
Or how about you get out of your cave, and find out there's a world beyond Winzip?
Is there gonna be a Decursive Final ZIP format put out?
First, Archa, I can't thank you enough for your continued work on this.
FireA: Decursive should not mess up any sheeping you have done, as inadvertantly clicking on the MUF won't do anything UNLESS a friendly player is MC'd. I think the functionality of having an MC'd target readily sheepable outweighs the RARE time when a friendly would be MC'd and you'll have a poly active. I know my raid members are always impressed how quickly they get poly'd in MC situations--no other way to stay that accurate and quick without this functionality.
Lazare: SmarBuff looks great, if you have a variety of different things you're buffing/debuffing (perhaps ideal for a pally?). However, it looks like it takes more screen real estate than Decursive's discrete MUFs. Decursive doesn't handle buffing, so I guess it would be redundant with SmartBuff if you already use that. However, for anyone besides pallies, your buffs have long durations and don't need to constantly be monitored--a smaller interface to just track debuffs is more ideal, in my opinion.
The polymorph is used when someone get mind-controlled so you can "sheep" it quickly. You can deactivate it within the "curing options": uncheck "charmed"
