Cartographer 3.0

Table of Contents

This is a map addon for World of Warcraft that replaces the map and offers shiny features.

The idea is for it to work very much like Google Maps, only in-game.

Cartographer 3.0 is brand new, "experimental" version of Cartographer.

I had a problem with this addon painting the word "BLAH!" in the middle of my screen all the time that was impossible to get rid of or move. It was annoying and obstructive. I took me an hour to isolate the problem to this addon, so I don't recommend anyone using it until that problem is fixed.

mate, cartographer did not copy that, it's more the other way around. You linked to a quest addon that changes the world map. Cartographer is a Worldmap changer with lot's of more features. The link goes to Carbonite quest and can be found here on curse to.
On further notice, pls update this or atleast let us know when and if there will be an update.

Sorry MATE but you are wrong.

Cartographer 3 is a copy of the Carbonite map. They came out with it first and I thing Cart 3 didn't come out for something like 3-6 months after it.

And FYI, there is no Carbonite Quest anymore. Since the UI policy change the full version is the only version you can get and it's only available on WowInterface.

Hate to burst your bubble but Cartographer 3 is a map addon, and Carbonite is a questing addon. Cartagrapher and Carbonite are different classes of addons. So no, Cart didn't copy Carb. Stop posting this crap. And Cart 3 has a much better map interface that Carb.

And forgot to mention. Carbonite violates the addon policy for addon development. Here's a copy and paste.

1) Add-ons must be free of charge.
All add-ons must be distributed free of charge. Developers may not create "premium" versions of add-ons with additional for-pay features, charge money to download an add-on, charge for services related to the add-on, or otherwise require some form of monetary compensation to download or access an add-on.

And my point was that the Cart 3 map (google map) is a copy of the Carbonite map and came out AFTER it.

THANK YOU! Who the hell cares what came out first? Carbonite is a questing add-on that ended up screwing over all the other add-ons when it got too ambitious. We know what we like better anyway otherwise we wouldn't be on this page!

just get a newer vertion of LibBabble-Zone-3.0 that has Dalaran Arena in it like this link http://static.wowace.com/uploads/18/338/398/LibBabble-Zone-3.0-3.0-release11.zip unzip it to Cartographer/libs
