688 - Highliht on incoming heal

I think that feature to highlight frame when someone is casting heal on it would be useful.
Frame should be highlighted while some spell is being casted or unit have active hots.
I beleave this is technically possible (probably using libhealcomm) since other unite frame addon i'm using have this feature.
Also, user should be able to pick highlight color (obviously).
