646 - Configurable Anchor Points

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I prefer PB4 to all other unit frame AddOns that I have tried, but one thing that really bothers me is that there is no way to change the anchors for PB4's frames, so that I can create frame clusters (target+tot+focus, etc.) or so that I can align the frames more easily. It would be very nice to have an option for each unit/group to set the frame that that unit/group is anchored to.

Please provide any additional information below.
