508 - Mouseover fader option

I'm a huge fan of the "fader" and filter per group options currently in pb4, but I think the ability to mouse over a faded frame would be handy.  As it stands, if a frame is set to fade out it will regardless of interaction with that frame.  Even when I'd normally want a frame faded, there are special occasions during which I'd like to mouse over a frame and get more information that is stored in that specific frame.  A mouse over fade / unfade option would enhance that aspect of the mod.

    Any chance of getting this option at least 'initially reviewed'? I've read other users who'd like the ability to do this. I know it's been a LONG time, but it still would be a very nice addition...
