330 - Elite/RareElite Dragons
Just a simple request. Can we have the option to display elite/rare elite dragons around the left or right side of the unit frame for elite/rare elite mobs? It's the only thing I miss about the default blizzard UI. Perhaps I'm the only one, but if not maybe this could be done.

Nandini May 21, 2009 at 02:03 UTC - 0 likesI actually have written an indicator module for PB4 that does exactly this. The dragons are on the corners or sides. (It might be possible to detect the height of the frame it's anchored to and provide a "wrapping" effect around it by compensating for the indicator's scale and using different texcoords. I haven't tried this yet.)

cobaltcorvid Apr 03, 2009 at 02:19 UTC - 0 likesI used to use KGpanels to replicate this function and the dragons actually work just fine with square frames :) They just clip the very corners of the frame. It doesn't look bad at all, believe it or not! I was surprised.

essmene Apr 02, 2009 at 18:10 UTC - 0 likesProblem is the dragons are meant for circular unit frames from blizzard. The default frame from pitbull is a square. I think it might be hard to match them.
