245 - Non-square portraits

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I was wondering if it would be possible to change the portrait module to allow for resizing of the width of the portrait.  At the moment, it's only possible to create square portraits, and for my specific UI layout it would be very aesthetically pleasing to be able to make the portraits non-square.

I currently do this by using ZuxanaModelCitizen to make the portrait frames, but I'm trying to make my UI less memory intensive, so I'd prefer to load fewer addons.

I've wanted this feature for a long time, but since I figure you guys are working on a new version, now would be the time to ask. :)
