PitBull Unit Frames 4.0

232 - Frame with player and target heath

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I think it would be cool if instead of just creating a player frame or target frame u could create a frame then add what u want to it, like and  player health and target health.

Please provide any additional information below.

Actually I don't see any reason that it would violate the secure frame rules. We can put anything we want in the frame. The limitations are on showing, hiding, positioning and actions taken when clicking on the frame.

However, I'm not sure we really need anything for you to do this. Consider this screenshot.

The tank frames make up basically a 3 frame group. On the bottom is a healthbar for the tank with buffs/auras for the tank below it. Above and to the left is a healthbar for their target and to the right is a healthbar for their targets target.

The screenshot is PitBull3 and it's old. But there's really no reason the same thing can't be done with PitBull4.

This particular configuration could be created just by making the target frames show only the health bar. Then you could just position it carefully either in a blank-space that you put in the player frame, or just above or below to your taste.

It's an interesting idea about being able to build each frame like Lego. The problem is that such a system might be so unavoidably dynamic that it breaks the secure frame rules. It might be literally impossible to do this.
