Cataclysm update: I'm playing a lvl 5 Free to Play Shammy, I'm not 100% sure if everything works.

Totem Radius (TR) shows you where your totem's aura has effect on the minimap.

Features

Track where your totems dropped on the minimap.
Track other shaman's totems.
Show a radius ring around the totem of where the totem's aura has effect
Rings appear semi-transparent when inside, opaque when outside.
If 2+ shaman drop the same totem and you're inside one, then other totem will dim as well.
~~Displays rings in the 3D world where your totem's aura has effect. (AVR required)~~
Adds totem distance below the totem frames on the player frame.

Known issues

Talents which increase range or duration not taken into account.

Would it be possible to make it work if it were to use the maps from like Atlas or something else that provides fake maps for old dungeons?

No. TR needs player coordinates. Atlas does not provide those.

Works a bit erratic it seems with Carbonite. Outside instances circles vanish after a few moments or if you zoom in/out minimap. Inside instances doesn't show at all.

Just tried this, it doesn't appear to work correctly. The circle is fine when you first drop the totem, but as you move away from the totem, it slides sideways in weird ways, no longer marking the location of the totem and it's area of effect correctly. It seems like it's not taking the map orientation/direction your character is facing into account when drawing the circles, so it's drawing them as if you were facing north at all times, regardless of which way you're facing.

love this addon works great! was wondering..would it be possible to make a *aggro radius* addon? so you know how close you can get to a mob before aggrowing it?

That would require knowing the location of mobs which we don't have access to.

AWSOME ADDON!! perhaps i'm not reading the right information, but can't figure out how to access User Interface to modify Icon sizes in mini map.
Other than that NO COMPLAINTS. spot on!

Correct. The library that's used to put icons on the minimap needs the height and width of a zone to function. It hasn't been updated for instances or battlegrounds so TR cannot function in those zones.
