RaidWatch 2
Raid Watch 2
Raid Watch is an addon for tracking events during boss fights in both raid and 5-men dungeons. It will keep track of important boss cooldowns, warn for events that requires the users attention and inform about some things that happen around him. It will do this in the form of timer bars, sounds, big warning text accompanied with a screen flash for the most important stuff and small text messages for less important things, direction arrow and more.
Raid Watch also have some functionality that is useful outside of boss fights, such as in game eqDKP display.
I have decided to disable the comments on curse.com since they are hard to keep track of, so instead:

From version 1.46 there is now a new module that handles the new alternate power bar that blizzard added. This bar is used in a few encounters and quests so far, for example Cho'gall for the corruption and Atramedes for the sound bar. This new plugin let you position it, or hide it completely and instead show a normal bar using the multi-purpose bar plugin that is used for health bars and other small things atm. The options for this plugin can be found under Plugins -> Alternate Power Bar.

- More coming soon..
Features
- Timer bars Gives an easy overview of given events during an encounter
- All timers will move between 2 or 3 anchors depending on their the length of the duration they have left. These anchors can be moved freely and placed individually. You can also configure at what duration they should move to each anchor.
- Personal warnings Easy to react to message that is only shown to yourself when it concerns you
- Messages Messages show about events happening to the raid or the boss in question.
- Health frames Shows the current health of the boss, and also npcs when usefull. Can also be used to show other things besides health. One example i the Blood Power stacks in the Deathbringer Saurfang encounter.
- Raid marking Automatic raid marks for important events that happen to players or NPCs.
- Directions For some events you will get arrows pointing towards the point of interest.
- Customization
- Each event that is tracked in an encounter have detailed settings where you can turn of messages, timers and icons individually depending on your current role.
- Colors and sounds can be individually set for each type of warning for each event.
- Fonts, textures and colors can also be set on a global space to be able to make fast changes and have a uniform look of all objects.
- Statistics You can see how many times you have done each encounter, how many times you defeated it, how many wipes. You can also see your fastest kill so far. All this is recorded separately for 10- and 25-men raid and also for normal and heroic.
- Load on Demand All boss mods are in their own modules and are not loaded into memory until they are needed, and this will be done automatically. But can also be loaded manually if needed for configuration before raids.
Including mods for
- The Ruby Sanctum
- Icecrown Citadell
- Crusaders Coliseum
- Ulduar
- Vault of Archavon
- 5-men
- Forge of Souls
- Pit of Saron
- Trial of the Champion
Localization
Raid Watch 2 is fully or partially translated to most languages, but could use some more people to help with the translation as they are important to make the mods to work for all languages. At any point where boss emotes or yells are used as triggers it will or may not work on other clients. But things that only rely on combat log events will still work.
If you want to contribute to the localization simply go to the Localization page or click the localization tab up top and then on your language and start translating. It is open for anyone as long as you have an account here.

Have added them now and is testing it as we speak. But have done a lot of other changes so cant upload it yet until I have tested it all. But so far it works.
@mangeg Thanks a lot for your response! The very first infest he casts in the fight doesn't really matter, but the one after the phase1->phase 2 transition is the one I'm hoping for. =)
@neanor No there is no problem to add a timer for the first infest, just havent thought about it before. But will add it in the comming days.
@Shurshik Ah crap, will have to do some changes to the regular expression for finding the parameters then. But just use the script for now then untill I fixed the slash command.
@mangeg Thanks again. Looks like you have a full plate, keep up the awesome work.
@mangeg
Thanks! But it's not work with cyrilic names (russian)
ex:
/rwtimerg 10 перерыв
error:

I was trying this addon for heroic lich king a few days ago, and while the cooldown timers were accurate for the most part, it seems to miss the first timer for every ability (e.g. the first shadow trap cast in phase 1 is not timed, although each subsequent one is, ditto for the first infest after the phase transition). The shadow traps one is not crucial, but it would be really nice to have the infest timer for the phase transition as we want to coordinate cooldowns for it. Is this possible or is it just a limitation of how you track abilities and the addon simply cannot time the first one cast?
@Saime1982 I''m currently working on that problem, it only happens when 2 bars with the same duration starts at the exact same time, and that is the case as Saurfang.
@DaemonSambe The next alpha or beta will have the options to make bars empty out or fill up, and that should be released today or tomorrow. As for the problems with no boars showing up. The mosty likely cause is that your combatlog is broken and you need to restart the game, can sometimes be solved with /script CombatLogClearEntries(). The other possible reason is that you are playing on a non-english client and the translation is not correct.
@xyoshix There is currently no timer in for the frost breath, but I'll see abut adding it.
@Shurshik Next release will have the option to start a custom timer with the format:
/rwtimer(g) <time mm:ss> <text> eg. /rwtimer(g) 10:00 Pizza will start a 10min timer that says "Pizza".
The "g" in the end will send it to your current Party/Raid so all that have Raid Watch and updated can see it, without it will only be a timer for yourself.
@Slickwalker I am aware of the 3 sections. They are separated and were at the time of my testing. The timer bar for the remaining duration of Boiling Blood lays directly on top of the timer bar tracking the time until the next Call Blood Beast.
sindragosa frost breath i do not have a timer for it did i do something wrong
@Saime1982 You have 3 different timer sections. Short, normal and long. In config mode you need to move each section so they dont overlap. If that seems like too many, just bump up the normal bar to 600seconds i believe, and you will essentially remove the long timer section and only have 2.
@mangeg
I tried out the Boiling Blood functionality in heroic 10 man. The announce works well, but the timer bar visually overlaps with the Call Blood Beast timer. That is to say that the one lays directly on top of the other.
I'm having problems getting the Health Bars to show with the current version, 1.25b. Is anyone else experiencing similar? I just started using it, so don't know if it worked before or not, but i've spent all night in ICC without visible Health bars.
Is there no option to control how bars fill/empty out? I really dislike bars filling up as my time goes down. It's counter. Is there an option for this someplace i cannot find?
Someone had the same question about the LK timer on Curse, basically its not so easy to make it perfect, for different people it ends at different time. For me he starts almost spot on sometimes, but other times he starts 2-3s after the timer. So I dont know how to make it be on time every time. And for Sindragosa its not possible with a start timer because it depends where in the air she is when you engage how long it will take for her to land.
But I will look at the LK timer again and see if I can tweak it.
And about the custom timers, I had them in before but removed them for some reason I have forgot now. But will possibly add them back in the weekend.
As a frequent double potter, a bar with time till combat starts is vital.
I'm missing such a bar on Sindragosa, and the Lich king one is inaccurate.
Keep up the good work, the addon has the potential to become the most popular.
Hi, how can I create a custom timer for all raid (ex. break timer)? Is there any command?
