I started missing a lot of whispers from people when I updated to v3.0 5b. I would get the sound alert that a whisper came through, but I wouldn't see the WIM window open. Then when I tried replying to the person who later would say they whispered me, but I never responded, and why was I ignoring their whispers -- I was then also unable to even see my own text I typed to them into the WIM window. Checking the history for that person showed nothing either.

Anyway, since I never had these issues with 3.0 4b, I have reverted to that version. I hope this is fixed in future releases.

how can i see ALL my History????
i have wisper whit a GM and now i whant to see the chat again but i can't find it!!!!is there a special commend to see the history???

I've been starting to get an error when changing tabs or trying to close one. It's strange...I'll get two chat boxes for the same person, and when I try to close either of them, an error box pops up that says, "Interface\AddOns\WIM\Sources\TabHandler.1ua:423: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)" I've included a link to the actual SS so you can check it out. I've tried reinstalling but it keeps randomly doing that, and when it is erroring out, I can't chat with anyone, even via the normal chat box.

This has improved my enchanting speed by tons, now I can talk to guildies friends and proccess like 7 enchant orders in 3 easily organized boxes. I LOVE YOU

You don't shift click the tab. you shift click the X (close) button.
Shift clicking the tabs allows you to pull a tab out of a tab group.

This is a great addon, thanks for developing this and keeping it up to date with all the changes that Blizz throws at us.

The only issue I am having with it, is when I shift+click to close windows (I use the tabbed feature). I will click to close one, but it separates it from the tabbed window instead. Then things go down from there. Whomever whispered me last is the only person I can reply to. I can click in a different window, type a response and hit enter to send but it goes to that last person that whispered me before the error happened. The only way I can fix this, since at that point WiM doesn't work at all, is to log out and back in.

I would love to have the ability to tab between windows again, and to not have my focus taken away while I'm typing a reply to someone if someone else whispers me.

At the request of users, WIM now uses only LibDataBroker, installing Broker2Fubar should allow you to use this module with Fubar

I know this is probably some huge oversight on my part but I cannot seem to get the new version to run in tabbed mode. Any help on this would be great.

In response to everyone who posted that only 3.0.3 is working for them. This is because you are using other out of date addons which are still loading WhoLib-1.0. This library is obsolete to the addon community. Support for it will not be added to WIM.

Another note, if you are reporting a bug, do so at WIMAddon.com. Comments stating something doesn't work or I get an error are not helpful to me and will be ignored.

I actually had a real nasty lua error when i received a bunch of tells at same time. Posted item in trade and then got 4 whispers at same time and upon receiving the 4th one the tab never appeared but instead threw up an LUA and wim locked up and nothing could be clicked or closed or used, whispers started going back to chat frame, WIM was essentially dead. I'll post the error once I can log back into client but realms down at the moment doh.

Same problems as snowscard and justcallmefred.
Only v3 v3.0.3b is working.
I use the german client

Keep the work, its a "must have" addon for me :)

Got the same problem. 3.0.3 working but with errors, 3.0.4 didn't work at all. Haven't tried 3.0.5 yet. Kind of disabled WIM after 3.0.4 and haven't re-enabled. Almost forgotten about it. The 3x series so far hasn't allowed me to shift+click to link anything in whispers so had to disable WIM to be able to link gear and enchants to friends. Only just got back in to WoW since WotLK.

not sure if you have this planed or not ..but was wondering if when you scroll over a link in the wim window and it pops up the tool tip can you set it up so you can hold shift and see what you are currently useing liek when viewing links in normal chat window and being able to compare thanks :D love this addon would go crazy with out it.
