  Conversation menu: follow-ups from #294 review
• Grow the conversation menu toward the screen center from every launcher.
  Adds Menu:AnchorTo(owner, placement), which picks the corner with
  GetMenuGrowthAnchor and applies the menu skin's edgeOffsets for that
  corner. The minimap button hangs the menu off its corner, the addon
  compartment places it beside the dropdown row, and data broker launchers
  drop it above or below the button. A launcher in the top-right quadrant
  gets the same placement as before.

• Move conversation menu options to Appearance > Interface > Conversation Menu.
  Sort Menu by Activity, Show Recent Whispers, Include All Characters and
  Show Hints now live with Menu Skin and Unified Menu instead of on the root
  page. The root page keeps Show WIM Tooltips under a "Tooltips" header.
  Saved variable keys are unchanged.
