WIM (WoW Instant Messenger) is a World of Warcraft addon which brings an instant messenger feel to communication in game.

Known Issues
- Addons can not process messages while chat is in lock down. To get around this, WIM logs all events and then rebuilds and processes them once you have excited lock down. During this time, chat is routed as normal to the default chat frame so you don't miss anything. Unfortunately, /r and similar keybindings to reply during this time will NOT work. Allowing the default chat frame to handle these events cause severe tainting issues and breaks everything.
- Community Chat is now supported. It comes with limitations though because the sender name and message are protected and can not be read by addons or saved.
- No filtering
- No History

Posted Apr 25, 2010All incoming messages are suppressed from the standard chat log, as well as from WIM.
It took me 2 days to notice it, i just figured everyone I tried talking to was afk...
I tried deleting all the saved variables out of the WTF folder, and addon WIM folder, no luck.
Love the addon, please update!

Posted Apr 25, 2010I get this icon in my screen that I cant get rid off. That's really annoying I cant find any information on how to disable it. Is it a bug or is there any way to get rid of it other than uninstall wim?

Posted Apr 10, 2010When I setup WIM/Whispers/Filtering Spam Blocker - User Level to lvl 2, then when other ppl whispers me, WIM ignores there whisper..
The txt is displayed for about 3 sec. on the screen, and is then lost forever!
No WIM history or txt in whisper window... the whisper is gone.. :(
If I then unmark the WIM/Whispers/Filtering Spam Blocker again, then all is back to normal... As I said before.. there must be an error in WIM... User Level filter don't work!
