sRaidFrames

Table of Contents

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

sRaidFrames was originally designed to replace the raid frames provided by CT_RaidAssist. They share the same look and feel of the original frames, but are highly optimized and even include extra features such as aggro highlighting and display of PVE critical abilities.

Still getting lua error when i press on "buffs" in settings-> "Buffs & Debuffs" Rest of the errors seems to be fixed. Thanks for the good & fast job.

I have the r661, but i can't make it work, no raid frames, no minimap button, and when i wrote /srf, i can't press Enter, it won't go, any ideas?

I've got the same problem with r661 but r662 works for me. I don't understand the revamped buff options. Now there's only a textfield where I can enter the name of buff. After clicking 'Okay', nothing changes in the raidframes.

I updated to r662 and suddenly all of the buffs are gone. I spent a long time before putting them all in so I could see all of the buffs, etc. I did what Jetty did and put in the name of a buff, and nothing happened. Personally, I'm not really thrilled with the changes. Sure it shows a paladin with evasion up -- but I regressed back to version r658, and I'm going to stick with that until they get things organized.

First off, love the addon been using for so long now, its a must have, thanks for your work.

Few new errors with 659, about the classes, theres ten of them:

Fix is rather easy.
Go to the offending line in sRaidFramesOptions.lua.
On all the class entries in that line you will see pairs of values.
An all caps value (ex. WARRIOR) and a localized value (ex. L["Warrior"])

Go to the localized values and add 's' to the end making them plural form:
L["Warriors"], L["Death Knights"] and so on.
Save the file and /console reloadui.

does anyone know if "sraidframes_predictedhealth" actually does anything? I used it, but didn't notice any difference.

Does this addon show what HoTs you cast on a target? I really don't care if there's a timer or not, just if you can see the icon for the HoT you have on?

Any chance to add option for debuffs by category? Like show poison, magic, disease, curse and no category debuffs.
Also would be nice to have sRaidFrames for party too.

Pls add a HoT Cooldown count so i can see when my lifebloom (as example) runs off so i can renew in the right moment.

This would be this great addon turn into the greatest raid unitframes out there.

Ok, so if anyone is interested, I have a video up on youtube you can see these in action. The link is:

Anyhow, to answer the below, I usually set my debuffs to "only dispellable by me". Then after that, you can whitelist and debuffs that occur on a boss, such as on Vezaxx, "Saronite Vapors" so that even though you can't dispell you can still see. I do the same with "Weakened Soul" because I always want to see if someone has that on even if I am not in my disc spec. I also have some of my own raid-wide buffs blacklisted, such as "Prayer of Fortitude", because everyone gets it and it jsut takes up space on my bars. Someone dies, usually we spot-buff anyhow and always refresh all raid buffs before each boss anyhow. Hope this gives you osme ideas how to use whitelist and black list.

Blacklist=Bad, don't want to see it, ever.
Whitelist=good, allowed, want to see it. Do you cast a raid buff? want to see if everyone has it? Then whitelist Gift of the Wild hit enter and Bam! there it is, on the frames.

Very good Addon thanks the author. But in it there is one error. Happens during time raid can occur disconnect and after an input in game sRaidFrames does not show frames. For example X-Perl UnitFrames after disconnect and after an input in game all Frames remain, and at sRaidFrames disappear.
Probably to correct it?

Grid has that exact same error too. Not sure what causes it. A quick /console reloadui fixes it.
