Enter the game and enjoy noisy questing once again!
Thanks! That change worked perfectly.
Sounds are no longer playing on quest complete after 6.1. I don't know if Blizzard changed something UI wise, or if it's a Blizzard bug. I know some of my macros that mute sound temporarily are also not working in 6.1. These issues might just be temporary Blizzard bugs involving sound.
I noticed this as well, Daemys. I had no sounds in NPCscan either. That addon has since been fixed. I really miss the quest completion sounds, particularly on "Kill X whatevers" quests because I tend to get in "the zone" while killing quest mobs and forget when to stop without that auditory cue.
can we get an option to right align the minions? I want to put the quest tracker and stuff on the right side of my screen but all the text and the little clicky box are left aligned.
Hello again!
I'm having a bit of an issue where I can't get the background and border to show up behind the quest tracker. It flashes when I pick out the background and border style, but it vanishes instantly thereafter.
Am I doing something wrong, or is another addon again playing with me?
Thank you!
ETA: I'm also having an issue where none of the sounds are playing when a quest is complete, etc?
Small problem I'm having. I have my quests tracker along the right side of my screen. I have the scenario tracker anchored to the quests. I have them both set to the same width, but the scenario tracker is a little indented and goes off the right side of my screen a bit. Is there any way to line these two trackers up correctly so that the scenario one does not go off the screen?
Sadly its likely caused by different widths of the minions (the auto collapse widths cause this fun thing a bit)
This is another one of those things which needs a large overhaul so minions can properly talk to one another >.<
Definately still on the todo list for when RL lets up a little bit and gives me some free time ^_^
Is the square popup that shows your rewards for bonus objectives (xp and gold) part of the blizzard objective tracker? If so, can you make this frame part of SQL? Maybe anchor and skin it under the bonus objectives when it's displayed or something like that?
It's an annoying blizzard frame that covers an important part of my UI. I have tried moving it with MoveAnything, but I'm not having any luck with finding the frame name. Any ideas what it might be called, and if it is indeed part of the blizz objective tracker or not?
I wish blizz would stop with all the different toast popups in the game, it's getting to be ridiculous.
If the default one is hidden then its rather likely that it is the toast created by SorhaQuestLog. So.. thats a my bad :P
The addon toaster ( http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/toaster ) is made for altering thier apperence and anchor point.
Else wise you could probably get away with commenting or deleteing the line 3476 in Quests.lua
SorhaQuestLog:SpawnToast("TaskCompleteToast", rewards);
Ah thanks! That makes sense, I'll give Toaster a go.
There is also an option in "moveanything" that lets you set a bind a key to move a box and another to set it (exit the mover) after you move it'. I have my keybindings set to single quote (') and the second set to semicolon );). Works well for me. Check your instructions in "Move Anything Addon".

I don't really get it.
SQL has separate windows named minions (quest obj, acm, scenario) so we can place them individually wherever we want on the screen. That's ok, but how can I attach a minion to another one, so I can use it like the original obj tracker?
For example, I want to place the quest tracker on the left side of the screen and right below the achievement tracker. If I do this, and pick up new quests the text will overlap the achievement tracker below because minions are separated and they don't auto-collapse/expand regarding one another.
How can I attach them together?
I believe the only one you can anchor is the Scenario Tracker atm. Click Scenario Tracker in options and on the right of the "Width" bar you will see, Minion Anchor Point. The other trackers don't seem to have the option to do this right now.
This is correct sadly I have not had the time to add the ability to attach the minions together.
It is suprising a lot easier to create a single all together minion (blizzard style) than seperate ones that link into one another :(
It is on the list though ^_^
Hello Sorha. I seem to have an issue when doing the apexis daily quests.
Whenever I kill an enemy in the area of the daily it always says the Quest Completion Sound "Work Complete!" regardless of % I am at. In fact I was just killing ogres in the north from the horde garrison without having the daily and it was still saying "Work Complete!" every time I killed an ogre.
Here are my sound settings to show you I have them properly set: http://i.imgur.com/u52ztMF.png
Have not yet managed to replicate this :(
Is it only a specific set of the apexis quests, all of them or all bonus type quests?
I take it changing the quest complete sound to nothing/something else stops the issue/plays something else?
Hey!
Was playing around with the quest log again and was noticing during the garrison invasion that the countdown timer will reset itself mid fight (So I constantly have to ask my friend who runs vanilla how much time is left in the one section).
let me know if you get a fix for this!
Love this add on! :D
