Skada Damage Meter
Skada is a modular damage meter for World of Warcraft with various viewing modes, segmented fights, and customizable windows. It is designed for efficiency with minimal memory and CPU impact.
"Skada" is Swedish for "Damage".
Midnight Edition (WoW 12.0+)
This version of Skada is updated for World of Warcraft: Midnight and uses Blizzard's new session-based combat systems.

Usage
Getting Started
A default window is created upon first load. Access the configuration menu by clicking the cog icon on the window title bar or via the minimap button. Select Configure to access settings.
Multiple Windows
Skada supports multiple windows. Create new ones under the Windows section of the configuration panel. Windows can be:
- Bar: The standard customizable meter.
- Inline: A horizontal line for custom UI setups.
- Data Text: For LDB displays and minimal setups.
Navigation
- Left-Click: View more detailed information.
- Right-Click: Return to the previous view.
- Mousewheel: Scroll through lists.
- Tooltips: Hover over bars to see additional context and shortcut keys (e.g., Shift-click for targets).
Themes
Manage window designs with the built-in Theme Engine. You can import and export themes by using theme strings.
Versions
- Midnight (Default): For WoW 12.0+ using the Native API.
- Classic Version: The version for older WoW releases.

Posted Oct 11, 2018Could you please add an option to display spec icon, instead of role or class icon? I want to be able to see if people are Frost, Fire, Arcane etc.

Posted Oct 1, 2018Not sure if the problem is related to me only but i'm not able to swap window background color, doesn't matter if I go to an old version/add new window.
Also wtb spec icons like details, cba swapping to details, been using skada since icc.

Posted Sep 13, 2018When turning off the merge pet option while playing demonology warlock, the vilefiend damage does not register at all, even under your character or as a pet, only shows when merge pet is active

Posted Sep 8, 2018It doesn't show the server the player is from, even tho there is a lot of empty space for it. That's my biggest concern with the addon. There isn't even a setting to add the server from what I can see. That's a *huge* downside of this addon vs for example recount.

Posted Aug 31, 2018My windows reset their positions every time I log in. I lock them in the position i want them in, and they always reset, and lock, at the top right of my screen. Anyone know a fix for this?

I updated to 1.7.5 which claims to have fixed the Hunter Animal Companion bug, but it is still not combining the damage of the animal companion pet. Merge pets is obviously not working as intended.

Posted Aug 14, 2018Since the release of BFA i can't find the Skada button on my minimap so i can't config it or get it to appear on my screen :( it's really frustrating because i like to use it as a guideline on if i need to pick up the slack in dungeons and such. I've tried reinstalling it and i even installed "Sexy Map" to see if i could enable it there but nothing appears, the mog it button is on there but i can't seem to get the Skada button. Hope you can help thanks!
