Skada Damage Meter
Skada Damage Meter
Skada is a modular damage meter for World of Warcraft with various viewing modes, segmented fights, and customizable windows. It is designed for efficiency with minimal memory and CPU impact.
"Skada" is Swedish for "Damage".
Midnight Edition (WoW 12.0+)
This version of Skada is updated for World of Warcraft: Midnight and uses Blizzard's new session-based combat systems.
Features
- Midnight Optimized: Uses Blizzard's internal session data for performance and accuracy.
- Combat Reliability: Handles modern combat data restrictions for a stable experience.
- Updated UI: Includes new presets with smooth animations, gradients, and textures.
- Dynamic Elements: Alternating row colors, highlight overlays, spark effects, and icon scaling.
- LDB Integration: Compatible with Data Broker displays such as Titan Panel, ChocolateBar, and ElvUI.
- Extensible Architecture: The API allows developers to create additional plugins.

Posted Apr 20, 2009Is there already or is there plans for a much simpler reporting method? It doesn't have to be the same as Recount but it needs to be a whole lot easier than it is now with the minimap clicking all around.

Posted Apr 17, 2009Any way we can get something to keep all boss fights, but only keep the last 5 or so trash?
Also I'm guessing you know but I don't seem to be getting the same results between this and recount, even for my own personal damage. DPS is significantly different for small fights (fairly close on anything longer then 2 minutes).
Can this mod take advantage of the syncing in recount?
Also an option to show the threat level we would pull at would be nice. Just a bar at the top that shows 130% or 110% of the current tanks threat.
As much as I'd love graphs over time of all the reports, I figure that would take far too much memory.
Extra reports
* Debuff overwriting (basically just a count of how many DoTs you clip etc, possibly as an extension to debuff uptimes similar to overhealing vs healing)
* Idle Time - how long i spend not casting or not in a global cooldown
* Obviously any Recount has that this one doesn't (Friendly Fire, Activity, Energy Gains)

Posted Apr 17, 2009Looks pretty nice so far.
Font and scale customization would be awesome. Nice job!
I like how when you break down the information your skills have their respective icons next to em =D

Posted Apr 17, 2009Would like to see the option to customize the text display on the damage bars.
Be able to just see [damage/dps] or just [damage] versus the default:
[damage/dps/percentage]
This would then allow for larger scale bars that don't cause the text on the damage bars to be truncated.
Thanks.

Posted Apr 16, 2009Would it be possible to track Damage Shields? Specifically Priest/Paladin (Sacred Shield procs)?
This could either be a separate module or incorporated into Healing Done module (as it effectively produces the same result....a tank kept alive).
Also, what about a mana regen module, to track how much mana was regenerated in a fight and from what source. I know Assessment and Recount both have/had a similar module to this effect so the combat logs output enough information.
