This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

Note: as of Jan 2021, Scorchio has been flagged as abandoned due to the original author not carrying over her account to the new Overwolf system. Overwolf refuses to undo this. It isn't possible to release new versions while it's flagged as abandoned - they never get packaged. The original author flagged the project as "All Rights Reserved", so I'm not sure whether Overwolf would allow me to create a new forked version, even if I wanted to. Ultimately, the best path for everyone is probably to move on from Scorchio and build what you need around something like WeakAuras or TellMeWhen. -ywfn666

Scorchio2 is an addon for Mages that tracks Living Bomb, Nether Tempest, Ignite, Slow, Flamestrike (Flame Patch and snare), and Polymorph on multiple mobs, and can give you warnings and notifications when the debuffs need reapplying, or have expired completely. Scorchio can also provide bars for personal buffs/procs/summons: Clearcasting, Heating Up, Hot Streak!, Brain Freeze, Fingers of Frost, Combustion, Icy Veins, Arcane Power, Rune of Power, and Mirror Image. Up to three anchors are available for use (targeted, non-targeted, and buffs), and the sort order for bars within each anchor is customizable.

Use /scorchio2, or Blizzard's Addons configuration window to configure Scorchio2.

Localization Help Needed!

Lots of work has gone into translation, but there's still some left to do. Localizations are easy to submit on the WowAce Localization Page, and help many users. Please help with this if you're able. And thanks to everyone who's helped so far!

Now that its updated I've noticed a few problems. The Arcane Missiles proc isnt showing up, as well as it will randomly show up even though the proc hasnt occurred. Also, Arcane Blast doesnt show up at all.

That sounds like an old version. Some of the ones linked below didn't have full support for Arcane and Frost spells yet. Try getting the most recent alpha from http://www.wowace.com/addons/scorchio2/

I tried fixing this for 4.0, i couldn't fix it. after 2 hours i couldn't get the tables to load even with all the correct 4.0 spellids and all the nil ones removed, for some reason table is still always nil. probably some bad event declarations somewhere that need self or argx replaced. i wanted this addon updated to track debuffs on target (proc alerts is useless since blizz ones are pretty obvious anyways). but i guess i'm ognna have to find a different addon that tracks if spell damage, torment of weak and 5% crit are up.

Oops, I wish I'd read this comment earlier! I did fix it; it was mostly arg9 and arg13 needing to be changed to varargs. I PM'd you on wowace about it too.

A HUGE help to me fixing this kind of thing is Mikk's FindGlobals script. At first it just spams with all the globals the mod is using, but once that's cleaned up or declared it makes finding arg1, etc., really easy.

It shouldn't be necessary to fork the project under a new name. I sent the author an email. If that doesn't work, WowAce has a process for abandoned addons, to get new people added to the project. It's much more convenient to users if addons stay in the same place with the same name.

Is it possible to make this amazing addon track icy veins, pushing the limit and Arcane power?
It would be awesome and this way we wouldn't need another addons to track just those....

May be a dumb question but i cant seem to figure out how to track custom procs (Pushing the Limit Tier 10 Mage proc)

is it possible to add custom tracking for such procs?

I just got the following error. I wish I could say what I was doing at the time, but I'm not sure. I was in a BG at the time, so I was probably fighting. I'm a mage, if that helps.

I finally got around to going into svn and deleting all the hacks out since 3.3.3 fixed the proc bugs in combat log. r70 is cleaned up to be same as 1.1.18 but with addition of magic 13% tracking.
