About
Cryolysis 2 is sphere mod for mages that automates many common tasks and provides for an easy to use interface for casting spells. Cryolysis 2 provides you with a 10 circular buttons that surround an larger center sphere. The buttons are as follows:
- Food and Water: Allows easy conjuring, trading, and consuming of food and water.
- Mana Gem: Allows easy conjuring and consuming of mana gems.
- Evocation: Dedicated button for using Evocation.
- Mount: Allows easy use of your mounts.
- Teleport and Portal Menu: Organizes and provides easy access to your teleport and portal spells. Each city has it's own button.
- Buff Menu: Organizes your buffs into one easy to use menu. Buff buttons also have reagent counts where applicable.
- Custom Buttons: Three completely customizable buttons that can be assigned to spells, items, or macros.
Cryolysis 2 also comes with a full configuration menu that can be accessed by right-clicking the main center sphere, or by typing /cryo in chat.
Additional features include:
- Funny messages when using your mounts, teleports, portals, and several other spells. These can be toggled on and off as desired.
- Automatic reagent restocking
Past Versions
Cryolysis 2 is now the official release download.
Barring any unforeseen problems, Cryolysis 1 ("Revived", "Reborn", "New Beginning") will no longer be updated/supported. If there is a specific reason(s) you're using Version 1 and need a hot fix to keep it working, you can post here in comments (make sure you note that you are referring to Version 1) or send any member of the team a private message through Curse (list is in the top right corner), and we will try to implement fixes as time permits.

- Configuration Menu
To open the Configuration Menu, right-click the Main-Sphere. If you have hidden the main sphere, you can get a list of of commands by typing "/cryo". - Custom Buttons
Custom buttons can now use either spells, items, or macros. Make sure when setting up the custom buttons that you select the correct type (ie: spell, macro, item) and that you press Enter after typing in the name. If you don't press enter, your changes will not be saved. - Spell Timers
Timers have not been implemented yet. As such, the spell timers option should be turned off in the configuration menu for now. These will be implemented sometime after patch 2.4. - Messages/Speeches
Currently, Short Messages have not been implemented. There are a number of different options to display random messages:- USER: Messages will display for you only. Mildly useless, but the functionality is there.
- WORLD: Messages will display for /raid, bar that /party, bar that /say.
- GROUP: Messages will display for /raid, bar that /party, bar that it will remain silent. Old Cryo1 Behavior.
- RAID: Messages will display for /raid, bar that it will remain silent.
- PARTY: Messages will display for /party, bar that it will remain silent.
- SAY: Messages will display in /say.
- Localizations
To help localise Cryo2 in your language, download Cryo2 from WoWAce, edit your locale file in the /locales/ and send it to us. Files should be encoded in utf-8.

Tureon, your error is because you don't have the translation of 'Left-click to teleport to ' in your Locale-deDE.lua. You may have the default value (true) or the line may be missing.

I'm still having a problem with the custom spell buttons, though. I set two of them to be mana and healing pots respectively. When I first load into the game, Cryolysis spits out a bunch of "Invalid name" messages and the custom spell buttons are empty, although mousing over the empty buttons shows the correct tooltips and I have the items in my bags. If I change zones or do a reloadui, it suddenly realizes that I do have the items and they show up in the icons and no further errors are spit out.
Not a show stopper by any means, but thought I'd mention it.
Try resetting the profile and resetting up the mod...you may have some old saved variables conflicting with newer stuff.

I've discovered the root of your problem, one of the items in your inventory is no longer there (you used them all up). I'll work on a fix for this, but it may be awhile.

- Removed city locales that were no longer needed
- Updated untranslated locales with the latest translation set
- Set a step size of .1 for all scale sliders
- Fixed main sphere's evocation cooldown display saying 0 instead of Ready
- Added Spanish localization
- Fixed spell messages
- Fixed a small localization typo
I swear the messages are really fixed this time (we hope)

I have a couple requests/suggestions:
-Ability to have the buttons with menus grow up or down, not just left or right.
-Buttons with "middle click"... can we get a different option? Some mice don't middle click well, and people on laptops don't have a middle click button to begin with.
-Troll racial abilty "Berserking" can't be put in one of the custom buttons (dunno if that's possible but could be handy, complete with cooldown counter)
Odd, perception works fine...I'd assume other racials would too. The middle-click functionality and up/down menu growth are coming in time, they just haven't been a top priority.

Awesome. I've tried it three times and can't get it to work. Also, are you using it as a macro or spell? I'm trying it as a spell so maybe that's why it's not working. Lemme update and see if that fixes it.

and i don't know if this has been reported or not, but the cooldown for the mana gems isn't working.
I'm not having any problems with the mana gem cooldown...make sure you have Show Cooldown checked for the Mana Gem button.
I use Perception as a spell, unfortunately, without a decent level troll mage, I can't test it for berserking. Try making a macro for it and let me know if that works.

I know it's been a while, but I thought I'd go ahead and post what I've found:
The Mana gem counter is indeed working, but it only shows up if you actually have a gem in your inventory, which is why I never saw it. By the time I'd get out of combat and make another one the cooldown was over.
Dunno what I was doing wrong before, but my trials with Berserking are over. It's working as a normal spell just like everything else. Go figure why I had problems before. Maybe I had misspelled it.
Got this error when I went out and tested the sheep messages to make sure they are working or not. This was done on say channel.
Got the update a few mins. ago from this site.
Also to note I tested the port messages. They still go off even though I had them unchecked.
hehe one more to add. I have ritual messages on, and that works, but then I tested sheep again with the message turned off for sheep and the ritual message came up.

I have notified that the mount button does not update the mount when I change it in my inventory... Then, when I switch, the button remains on the old mount till I log out and on again... could you fix this please?
I could not test for now but it seems that the random messages are not localized... Then all messages should be now in English... Is it possible to have them localized and I'll help for French translation?
We won't localise them until we find a good system for managing them - the current system is customisation-unfriendly.
We're thinking about it and we'll notify eachother (and, ultimately, you, the users) when we have figured it out.
Are you 100% sure that the messages stop being random is caused by checking the Short Messages checkbox? That would be extremely odd considering the short messages haven't been added yet. :)
I think I may have found the root of some of these problems, I'll fix it later, I need to sleep atm...class in 5 hours...

No, not 100% sure, as have not had time to do more extensive, repeated testing which would verify it. But let you know the behavior during three sessions of play which instigated the problem.
Look forward to testing the new SVN release recently released which apparently fixes it. Will let you know if it hasn't :).
