Hendrik Leppkes:
    - Fix removing the WorldMapFrame from the UIPanel system
    This should allow opening the map and other UI panels at the same time again
    - Add options to control the map movement fade directly from the Mapster configuration
    - Fix map transparency setting
    - Add an extra check that the data is present
    - Use the same order for discovered map segment as Blizzard to avoid flickering
