GatherMate2
GatherMate2 is an addon to collect and track herbs, mines, fishing pools, gas clouds, archaelogy finds and treasures, and displays them on the world map and the mini map.
This is the Retail version of GatherMate2, the version for WoW Classic can be found here
GatherMate will remember the location of every herb you pick or every ore you mine, so that you can easily find the positions of the herbs and mines again. Once you come into range of a recorded spot, GatherMate will show an icon representing the type of herb/ore/fish/etc. on your mini map, directly allowing you to decide if its worth checking out. Additionally, all spots are shown on the World Map, to ease navigation to certain types of nodes and making gathering more fun.
To give you a head start, GatherMate2 also offers a pre-filled data module, so you don't need to discover all herbs and mines yourself, but instead can just start gathering right away. Simply install GatherMate2_Data and hit a few buttons to import all the provided data, and you're good to go.

Usage
Using GatherMate2 is straight-forward.
After the installation, GatherMate2 is automatically active and collecting data.
You can configure which data should be shown on the World Map or MiniMap in the Configuration Dialog, which can be accessed either via the /gathermate slash command or be found in the Interface options in the WoW Menu.
Localization (Translation of Nodes)
GatherMate2 relies on the node names to be translated in all languages WoW supports. You can contribute additional translations for your language here using the Localization tool:

Any translations submitted through that tool will be automatically included in the next release.
GatherMate2_Data
GatherMate2_Data has been updated with all fresh data from Wowhead, including support for Shadowlands, and will be continously updated throughout the coming expansion.

Posted Dec 31, 2014In regards to ARCHAOLOGY, those of you with MINMAL ARCHAOLOGY addon, it is causing an issue where nodes are being saved to the world map instead of the current map. advise discontinue use of minimal archaology addon until fixed.

Posted Dec 14, 2014The addon only saves and shows the pins of orc artifacts (clans of draenor).Everything else is switched on in the options.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Posted Dec 2, 2014While I love the addition of timber nodes, I find that the blue color of the circles on the mini map (not the text) is very close to the green of the herb nodes. Is it possible to choose another color for these circles?

Posted Dec 5, 2014I wonder if you have some other addon that might be messing with your map and somehow tricks GatherMate into thinking you are somewhere else than you really are.

Posted Dec 1, 2014I am having the issue where it is not showing the nodes on the minimap or on the map. It is definitely recording data. I can confirm by checking GatherMate2.lua and seeing that new entries are in the file.
I tried to see if there was an addon conflict with any of the other addons I had (disabling all, enabling one by one) but nothing seemed to fix the issue.
Then I zoomed out so far that I went to the region map and... there were some entires.
I'm not sure why but these are the only GatherMate2 map/minimap icons that I can see.
(This was after deleting the old data to start fresh as a test so I only have data for a couple spots in Talador)

Posted Nov 29, 2014Since all the Draenor mining nodes can spawn at any of the locations, I added the following to Constants.lua rare_spawns table to make them all collapse into True Iron Ore nodes:

Posted Nov 29, 2014check your import settings, if it sets for override it will delete all the ones that you get. seems more like the data addon doesnt have anything for draenor yet
