    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Loot the "Marsh Lily" from a quest-only dark soil patch under Farmer Yoon's hut for the quest "Learn and Grow V: Halfhill Market"

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The one-time-only dark soil patch under the farmer Yoon's hut is marked in the database, but it does not spawn unless you are on the said quest. It also does not respawn, probably because its in a personal phase zone for each character.

    It was marked with " [5290481000] = 545 " and " [5286480900] = 545 " in the DB (I did delete the first entry before getting the second one)

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.16.5-10-g908a277

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no

    Please provide any additional information below.
    It's a very minor issue that probably won't justify the code gymnastics to avoid recording it :)
