No error log at all

I am having problems importing gathermate2. the import tab is all greyed out. I checked the maintenance tab to make sure I had not locked anything and all was unchecked. PLZ Fix I also would appreciate it. I am using gathermate2 data version v23.2
I am using latest patch from Blizzard not sure if that is the problem that the data file is not compatible for 6.0.2 WOW
