Hendrik Leppkes:
    - Add Draenor archaeology nodes
    - Add icons for the fish schools of draenor
    - Use the "AddOns" keybinding category
    - Favor TomTom:AddMFWaypoint over AddZWaypoint to workaround a TomTom bug
    - Sort mines/herbs in the config by expansion
    - Remove skill information from Herbing and Mining, as everyone can harvest any herbs/mines now
    - Remove import logic from old GatherMate1, since GM1 is no longer functional and import impossible
