Elkano's BuffBars
EBB provides groups of statusbar style indicators to show (de)buffs currently affecting your char or some other units (currently focus, pet and target). For the player, it can also show indicators for temporary enchants place on it's weapons.
Due to changes Blizzard made with WoW 4.x it's no longer possible to cancel buffs without the use of secure frames. Currently EBB limits canceling of buffs to out-of-fight since using SecureAuraHeader would have required a major code restructuring. This will be coming in a later version.
Version 2.x is a total recode based on the Ace2 framework which became necessary in order to support some of the longtime wanted and suggested features. It's now possible to show different groups of bars which can be configured in many ways. Each group can be assigned an individual look and filter settings. EBB can be configured via a dropdown menu which is accessible via chat (/ebb config), FuBar plugin or (for the group settings) by right clicking the groups anchor. After setting up a group, its anchor can be hidden by alt-left clicking a bar or the anchor itself in order to lock the group in place.
In order to get additional bar textures and fonts for EBB simply install SharedMedia which is available for download under http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/sharedmedia.aspx

Posted Jun 12, 2007Hey, the new Buffbars look really cool. One question I have though: how can I invert the sort? I know I can make it grow up which inverts the list, but I like it to grow down and be inverted :)

but seriously, the sound would be awesome.
1 hour buffs -> sound happens at 1 min left 30 min buffs -> sound happens at 30 sec left 15 min buffs -> sound happens at 30 sec left anything lower than 15 min -> sound happens at 15 sec left

Posted Jun 12, 2007"Blessing of Demonstration" will show up as long as the bars are in configuration mode meaning as long as the anchor is shown. Hide the anchor and it's gone.

Posted Jun 11, 2007Is there any way at all to remove the "Blessing of Demonstration"? I try to filter it out, or right click it to make it go away, but it isn't listed on the filters at all, nor will it go away when I right click on it.

Posted Jun 11, 2007well, that list is shown via DewDrop. It will be at most as long as your screen allows and then scroll. Also the list will only show buffs that either have settings or have been seen this session so it shouldn't be that large.

Posted Jun 11, 2007Just 1 word: AWESOME! Exactly what i've been looking for. Everything highly configurable, good looking and low memory usage.
But only 1 thing that's annoying: When editing the Buffs, the list is very long. How about making 2 rows? I fear if the List gets too long that i can't setup the bars anymore because its bigger than my monitor :P
Ein Wort: Geil! Genau was ich gesucht hab, alles einstellbar, sieht toll aus und braucht wenig Speicher. Nur eine Sache die extrem nervt: Wenn ich die Buffs editiere, ist die Liste verdammt lang. Wie wärs wenn man eine 2. Spalte einführt oder so? Ich vermute, dass die Liste irgendwann so lange ist, dass man nicht mehr alles einstellen kann, da die Liste länger als mein Monitor ist :P
