Elkano's BuffBars

EBB provides groups of statusbar style indicators to show (de)buffs currently affecting your char or some other units (currently focus, pet and target). For the player, it can also show indicators for temporary enchants place on it's weapons.

Due to changes Blizzard made with WoW 4.x it's no longer possible to cancel buffs without the use of secure frames. Currently EBB limits canceling of buffs to out-of-fight since using SecureAuraHeader would have required a major code restructuring. This will be coming in a later version.

Version 2.x is a total recode based on the Ace2 framework which became necessary in order to support some of the longtime wanted and suggested features. It's now possible to show different groups of bars which can be configured in many ways. Each group can be assigned an individual look and filter settings. EBB can be configured via a dropdown menu which is accessible via chat (/ebb config), FuBar plugin or (for the group settings) by right clicking the groups anchor. After setting up a group, its anchor can be hidden by alt-left clicking a bar or the anchor itself in order to lock the group in place.

In order to get additional bar textures and fonts for EBB simply install SharedMedia which is available for download under http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/sharedmedia.aspx

i have used this mod since well as far as i can remember, love it.

i have noticed a problem since last patch. some buffs, like my DK aura and tracking ability's(mostly on my druid when switching from mining to humanoid tracking) are not being updated on the buff bar. the bar seems to get stuck on some of those buff's.

i had mining tracker up last night and it was still showing humanoid until i reloged.

not sure what would cause that.

Is there any way I can stop the bars from snapping to the minimap? I have SimpleMiniMap there, and even when I've moved it out of the way, I can't place the bars exactly where I want because there's an area of about 40 square pixels where the bars move of their own accord if I drop them there. It's very frustrating.

Bargroups only stick to other bargroups. So mabe you have another bargroup in that possition?

is there an easier way to make a buff bar for proactive things like art of war. without going through the blacklist and clicking off every single buff in the game? i cannot find an option to blacklist all, and uncheck what i want.

Canceling forms (and vehicles I think) is protected and thus can't be done via EBB.
Or are there any other buffs you can't cancel?

I can not take off buffs. And these are buffs I can usually take off like path of ice.

ya they sort of work like auras i guess. except the presences arent buffs they just do the stuff it says it does and isnt a buff like the auras are. ya sort of complicated i guess but i see my own logic lol

Still looking to how set the scale of the buffbars
Looks like a little big for my eyes
In the previous versions, there was the /eb scale X commanda
Can't find it now
How do I proceed to change the overall scale of the elkano buff bars?

sure, you'll just have to set it up correctly:
- disable status bar and background bar
- set topright text to hidden
- set topleft text to timeleft
- set topleft text align to right (if you want)
- adjust width

Hi there, just a quick question for Death Knight "Presences", is there any way to display the active Presence/Aura as Buff-Bar?

If it would show in Blizzard's buffs it should also show in EBB. Other ways: No.

Hi, I may be being a total idiot, but the only bar I can see is my track humanoids bar when in cat. Combed through the options, made new bars, checked to see if it was on standby, and can't find a thing to make it work. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help!
