Decursive key benefits
Ease of use:
- Decursive supports all classes with cleansing abilities and configures itself automatically, it works straight out of the box, no configuration is required.
- Intuitive interface and detailed options, Decursive is suitable for simple usage and power users.
Control what and who you want to dispel:
- Easily Filter out afflictions you don't want to cure or that are useless to remove by class (some are pre-configured). (Such as afflictions affecting mana on non-mana classes, etc...).
- Choose between what you can dispel (magic, curses, poison, diseases, charms) choosing their priority. (this allows you to share the cleansing work with other players effectively)
- Prioritize or exclude members. (keep players, classes, or raid groups in a specific order to cleanse them in order of importance)
Manage Mind controlled units:
- If you are a Mage, a Druid or a Shaman you can Polymorph/Cyclone/Hex mind-controlled players.
- In any case Decursive will allow you to target mind controlled units easily.
- Decursive supports magic charming affect removal for Shamans (Purge and Hex), Priests (Dispel Magic), Hunters (Tranquilizing Shot), and Warlocks (Fellhunter and Doomguards spells).
Don't waste time:
- Your cleansing spell Cooldown is displayed to maximize your dispel speed.
- An automatic blacklist will prevent you from loosing time on players who can't be dispelled. (player 'out of line of sight' for example).
- Decursive choose a logical cleansing order depending on your current position in the raid. (preventing dispel concurrence between players and thus 'nothing to dispel' messages)
React faster:
- Visual and/or auditive alerts when someone needs your attention and can be dispelled.
- Special sound alert when Unstable Affliction is detected and you're about to dispel it.
- Visual and auditive alert when your dispel attempts are resisted or fail.
Integration in any interface:
- Decursive is designed to save screen real estate and to be forgotten when not needed.
- Many options allow you to customize Decursive appearance and interface behavior.
- All Decursive alert colors can be modified making it suitable for color-blind people.
Highly optimized and effective coding:
- Decursive was developed with memory and CPU usage in mind, installing Decursive won't affect your frame rate even in the worst battle conditions.
- Bug free: bugs are not tolerated in Decursive.
In brief, what you get with Decursive is effectiveness, a player using Decursive will always dispel faster than other players.

I love Decursive but I just got one question, is their anyway to remove the minimap icon it makes?
if you right clik on this icon, there is an option to hide it. You can also install FuBar to put the icon on a bar instead of around the minimap.
Decursive has been and I hope always will be one of the few Mods I simply do not want to game without.
Simple, clean, and easy to use.
Also one of the few Mods that seems to rarely be delayed too long when those Patches happen.
To the entire team, keep up the amazing work.
I had the same problem with it showing as incompatible, english version, and downloading and installing manually instead of with the Curse client worked for both the rar and zip files. The problem lies with using the client and not the files but why for some and not for others I'm not sure. I'm running Vista for an operating system though and it can do some odd things - no trouble with other add ons but I like to blame Vista for everything :)
@Tobain:
Can you try to download manually the RAR and install it? The archives contain exactly the same files...
@Nihlo:
You have to put your mouse over the the MUF of the unit you want to cure (this is how the targeting is done) then you must choose the spell you want to use so you left-right or ctrl-left click... I don't understand how you would like it to work.
You can create macros to cast spell on the "mouseover" target and bind them to the keys of your choice.
@PopsSoCal
i have the same problem with my german client, decursive 2.0 was flagged as incompatible;
i'm using the curse-client for downloading the wow-addons . the client downloaded the rar-file
and installed it -> incompatible
so i downloaded the zip-file manualy and installed it manualy and it works fine now
maybe an error in the rar-file?
(sorry, my english is not the best one) ;)
@keybindings
can't find it and I don't know if you get me right. i now that it's possible to change the order of the poisons/curse/magic and that you cure the first one with left-mouse,the second with right and so...
but I couldn't find the possibility to set the keybindings to eg F1-F4...
@Peyana, PopsSoCal, Simulo:
Sorry for the stupid question but what is "WoW Add-Ons" ?
In the Add-on window of WoW (where you choose your character) it's not written incompatible...
I've just tested and it's working... The only explanation is that you're not using WoW 2.3... Oo
@Jaxy :
Decursive does not cancel your form, it just cast the spell, it's WoW that cancel the form if necessary.
Also note that only ''Cure Poison and Abolish Poison are now usable in Tree of Life Form''
and that 'Remove Curse is now usable in Moonkin Form'' and that :
''If you are in a shapeshift form and try to use an ability that may only be used in caster form, you will leave the form and use that ability. This means that you can shift from one form to another in one action. If you don’t have mana to shift form, you will get an error message and remain in your current form. This can be disabled with /console autoUnshift 0''
This is all explained in the patch notes concerning Druids :
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/patchnotes/
I play a druid... using the decurse function it takes me out of tree form. Can you fix decurse so it does not take me out of tree form? Now that we can do that in that form. It works fine for poison.
hurray...have to revert now... -_-
Same here also WOW Add-Ons has it listed as incompatible does not load?
WoW Add-Ons says it is incompatible. Can you tell me what that means?
yes, just look in the options...
possible to edit the keybindings ?
@Sardius:
- The anchor is always above the first MUF and always clickable....
- This is impossible since WoW 2.0...
- There is a sound and a live-list already (if you let the option to their default)
- This would be a problem because if ever you enter in combat while they are hidden they would only show after the combat (Blizzard restriction)
@teoteodore :
This may be caused by another faulting add-on. Also note that some afflictions are ignored by Decursive (look under the filtering options). The "there is nothing to dispel" message may appear if someone else just dispelled the person... (this happens often in raid).
You should try the dev version some libraries have been updated since Decursive release.
http://www.2072productions.com/?to=decursive_dev
Normally you have a tooltip that is displayed with the name and afflictions when you mouse-over a MUF (it can be disabled in the options)
Has anyone noticed any problem in getting no alerts or false alerts for magic? I'm a shadow priest and the primary use is to dispel magic. I sometimes see a shaded red box even when my teammate is well within range, or sometimes no color at all when he's 'anestetized (in Mech)' and sometime a bright red box with a message 'nothing to dispel'. I've got magic set as priority 1, BTW. While we're on the subject --- how do you get a mouse-over identification of who is the person afflicted --- I simply have rows of boxes without any I.D.?
*** Sugesstion***
-Please make option to show anchor to move the MUF.
-Please add macro option so when you push the macro binded key it auto decurse the afflicted unit starting from the top of the priority list down.
-Also to give a warning message when someone is afflicted.
-Would be nice if the MUF had a option to disappear when I don't have my pet (felhunter) out giving me the ability to devour.
You have to download the dev version, they've change the spanish localisations :
http://www.2072productions.com/?to=decursive_dev
Can with a Druid remove curse? I remember in old version i can, but now add the cyclone and only can remove venom. I play in spanish loc. The skill name in spanish is "Eliminar Maldición"
Thx for that fantastic addon.
