Decursive key benefits
Ease of use:
- Decursive supports all classes with cleansing abilities and configures itself automatically, it works straight out of the box, no configuration is required.
- Intuitive interface and detailed options, Decursive is suitable for simple usage and power users.
Control what and who you want to dispel:
- Easily Filter out afflictions you don't want to cure or that are useless to remove by class (some are pre-configured). (Such as afflictions affecting mana on non-mana classes, etc...).
- Choose between what you can dispel (magic, curses, poison, diseases, charms) choosing their priority. (this allows you to share the cleansing work with other players effectively)
- Prioritize or exclude members. (keep players, classes, or raid groups in a specific order to cleanse them in order of importance)
Manage Mind controlled units:
- If you are a Mage, a Druid or a Shaman you can Polymorph/Cyclone/Hex mind-controlled players.
- In any case Decursive will allow you to target mind controlled units easily.
- Decursive supports magic charming affect removal for Shamans (Purge and Hex), Priests (Dispel Magic), Hunters (Tranquilizing Shot), and Warlocks (Fellhunter and Doomguards spells).
Don't waste time:
- Your cleansing spell Cooldown is displayed to maximize your dispel speed.
- An automatic blacklist will prevent you from loosing time on players who can't be dispelled. (player 'out of line of sight' for example).
- Decursive choose a logical cleansing order depending on your current position in the raid. (preventing dispel concurrence between players and thus 'nothing to dispel' messages)
React faster:
- Visual and/or auditive alerts when someone needs your attention and can be dispelled.
- Special sound alert when Unstable Affliction is detected and you're about to dispel it.
- Visual and auditive alert when your dispel attempts are resisted or fail.
Integration in any interface:
- Decursive is designed to save screen real estate and to be forgotten when not needed.
- Many options allow you to customize Decursive appearance and interface behavior.
- All Decursive alert colors can be modified making it suitable for color-blind people.
Highly optimized and effective coding:
- Decursive was developed with memory and CPU usage in mind, installing Decursive won't affect your frame rate even in the worst battle conditions.
- Bug free: bugs are not tolerated in Decursive.
In brief, what you get with Decursive is effectiveness, a player using Decursive will always dispel faster than other players.

Decursive is dedicated to the memory of Bertrand Sense known as Glorfindal on the European server Les Sentinelles. He was the raid leader of my guild (Horizon)

/script Dcr:PrintLiteral(UIParent:GetWidth(), Dcr.MicroUnitF.Frame:GetLeft())
This command returns: 1500, 1968,7498779297
/script Dcr:PrintLiteral(UIParent:GetHeight(), Dcr.MicroUnitF.Frame:GetTop())
This command returns: 1200,0001220703, 960
I tried the dev version ... nothing changed. I tried with all mods activated and without all mods except decursive. In both situations the mofs won't appear.
I tried the scripts you mentioned in you last post. But this hints won't work either.
I want to add, that i have the german client running. if you need additional information about my wow, you'll only need to ask.
P.S. one more thing... there are no LUA errors
Please, type this command:
/script SetCVar("scriptErrors", 1, "scriptErrors")
it will enable lua error reporting
then type this command:
/dcrskshow
This will show the skip list, make sure your name isn't in that list...
then type this
/dcr microframeopt show
this will show or hide the MUFs
can you try with the dev version: http://www.2072productions.com/?to=decursive_dev
Do you have lua error reporting activated?
Try Decursive alone then reset its options to defaults (using Decursive menu).
It may be a conflict with another add-on you recentky installed...
I have the same problem like Frido. The Mufs won't appear. I only have ACE2 Addons installed and ACE2 stands not for incompatiblity between addons using this framework.
I tried it out without any other addons activated and the MUF want appear either.
tried to reactivate it via option menu. Nothing :-(
Frido :
Did you try to reactivate it through the option menu?
Can you activate lua error reporting? (Blizzard disabled error reporting in wow 2.1... they added an option to re-enable it)
also try the command /dcrreset
I have a little problem. The MUF's are not showing up for me :-( Indepentent what i tried its not showing up anymore.
I deleted the decursive.lua from WTF, I reseted decursive, I reinstalled it. But the MUF's dont want to show up for me again.
I can agree with that completely! I already have a raid interface, I just want to see the names of who I'm decursing at a glance, without having to mouse over for the tooltip.
Your work with Decursive is awesome and I look forward to it as time goes on!
@Rulvan:
Ok but this will be for the next version. I want to release 2.0 final as soon as possible.
The problem with this is that once I'd have added the names, people will request a health and mana bar, to show when the unit is dead etc.... it's just another mod. Decursive is not a raiding interface :/
Request: Could you please add an option to show names on the MUFs? This would be really helpful to some players. I know it shows as a tooltip (optional) and that it's currently designed to be as discreet as possible. I also know that there's a certain organization to the MUFs. With all this in mind, I have used SmartDebuff for a little bit and I like they way they organize their version of the MUFs. You can organize them by class or group, and they show the names of the party/raid members. You can also adjust their size to show more or less, and thus decide how much or little screen space you want it to take up.
Having said all that, I like Decursive better, as far as decursing and setup options (lots of includes/excludes, priority list, skip list, etc). I just wish I could have an at-a-glance experience with using it.
Hi, I've just started playing WoW again after a break since pre TBC. I remember that in the old decursive you could just map one key, and whenever you pressed it, it would cure/cleanse, if needed, the nearest partyy member/raid member/yourself. What I'm wondering, is there any way to do i on this version?
Thanks
@Mushroombomb:
This is no longer possible since WoW 2.0 the MUFs and the mouse-over macro are the only way to cast spells... (Read the readme.txt file for more information)
the livelist is attached to the "Decursive" bar (there are diifeent ways to display it, one of them is by typing /dcrshow) To move this bar, just alt-click on it
Stupid question... how can you move the live list to a different area of the screen, can't seem to find out how to do it.
You sir, are wonderful. Thank you very much. :)
@Rikakiah:
Your request was not that complicate to implement after all (Decursive is so well coded^^) :) (The only issue was the string 'Rank' which is localized :/) You can download the dev version there:
http://www.2072productions.com/?to=decursive_dev
Grrr...that Ace2 folder was the only real major update I did (others were just minor version stuff)...this'll be fun to track down... Thanks for looking into it, though.
I was hoping there was simply some sort of call function to just cast the spell "Polymorph", in which case, casting "Polymorph(Rank 1)" wouldn't seem a major issue. :( If it's more than that, I understand and it's probably too much of a hassle, but I appreciate you looking at it.
All in all, though, thanks for a great mod--I seriously couldn't live without it and you've done a great job with it.
@Rikakiah:
The message does not seem to come from ACE2 (i've search for it in all my .lua and .xml files and I couldn't find it). It must be comming from another add-on... Are you sure this is the exact message?
For polymorph spell rank, I'll see what I can do but this is an annoying modification to make... (Decursive currently doesn't handle ranks)
