How to get it to work

Open up your companion window (pets or mounts) and click the scan button. This will open up another window which will allow you to see which companions you are missing, along with how to acquire them.

Commands

There are currently no slash commands.

Feature Request

Please use the WowAce tracker to add suggestions and feature requests. Not all suggestions will be accepted: there are many people who use this addon, each with separate views. We will, however, try to make it as user friendly as possible...but when a decision is made please accept it.

Integration

If you have a request for integration, please submit a feature request at WowAce. There is a limted API to interface with the Collectinator database. If you are a developer and would like more functions, please contact me on IRC.

First i say sorry for my bad english.

I have following problem:

I open my companion window (pets) and click the scan buttom, but nothing happend. The mount window works fine. So i dont know what i do wrong.

As i understand it, it can still drop from Ahune as well as the Zen'Vorka's cache. Ahune also has a chance to drop the Frigid Frostling as well.

The searing scorchling is no longer available from lord ahune during the mid summer event. It now has a chance to drop from Zen'Vorka's Cache obtained in the molten front with 30 marks of the world tree.

That appears to be the same error that you posted on 17 June 2011. Have you updated to the latest version since then? You might also want to try reading the section in the Description above about Bug Reporting! I suspect no-one wants to see the Comments get turned off again just because someone can't be bothered to file proper Bug Reports!

You haven't updated everything. For instance, the Azure Whelpling now drops zone-wide in Winterspring - the ones in Azshara no longer exist (you're screen shot of Pet Information still shows the wrong ones). All the other whelplings are zone-wide in their respective areas. The Black Tabby is zone-wide in Hillsbrad Foothills. Those are the ones I've noticed so far - haven't gone through the whole list.

I don't see any way to open this addon other than to type /collectinator which opens the addon option screen. Is there supposed to be something on my screen somewhere? Is there supposed to be something on my mount or pet page? Is there supposed to be a minimap button?

There will be a button titled "Scan" on your professions page (default is P). Click that button when you are on the mount or companions tab to open that part of collectinator.

Missing pets

Collectinator: Error: Pet with ID 101424 not in database.

Also the names in the list windows are all prefixed with fffff or ffffooo etc
