 You should check the edits, and make sure you did them properly, or you could download the zip file provided by agentschmitt in the comment above. It was him who provided the edit, so his zip file should work.

I just re-installed a fresh copy of WoW and downloaded Chocolate Bar. I see the name in the Interface but /chocolatebar doesn't work when I type it into chat. I opened the chocolatebar.lua file and all I see is 19 lines of text. I have re-installed multiple time with no luck.

When I try that it will not even accept my "Enter/Return".

That is the settings file under the WTF folder. 

You need to make the changes in the Interface\AddOns\ChocolateBar folder.

 Mouseovers on LDB items don't seem to work. Does something else need to be changed also?

Edit: Correction, you can't drag to rearrange items inside the bar. Once you try to drag them, THEN mouseovers break until you /reloadui.

I did do the fix for Bazooka and that fix worked but not this one.

This is the best working version of it for now, mouseover tooltips work, dragging/moving icons work. There might be issues I haven't discovered during gameplay yet.

All it is is doing the fix mentioned in my previous post, but to all `CreateFrame` calls in the script.

The "buffs" like the mounted state, what weekly bonus is ongoing etc won't get pushed down to me so they actually overlap the bar. :/

 Haven't checked, I have bar at bottom and my UI is designed around that.

Noticed some LDB brokers don't work, in the cases I checked it's the broker that's broken not ChocolateBar however.

Some displays can't be moved/crashes the bar when attempted to move.

I think alot of addons need updates for SL :)
