ChocolateBar Broker Display

Table of Contents

ChocolateBar will create a bar on top or bottom of your screen where other addons called broker plugins can display stuff like your fps.

Main Features

Easy setup, install & go!
Multiple bars - top or bottom as many as you want.
Left, right and center alignment.
Support for icon colors and coordinates like used by TomTom.
Easy config, simply drag a plugin and drop points will show. The idea is to easily disable a plugin or toggle its text. See pics.
Load-on-demand options, and small memory footprint.
More Chocolate - a broker plugin to show a bar that will autohide again. Great for launchers or other plugins you don't need visible all the time:)

Options for:

Show bars on mouse over only.
Hide bars in combat.
Hide bars during a pet battle.
Set a fixed width for any plugin.
Change textures, font, colors and a lot more...

Usage

Right click the bar or type "/chocolatebar" to open the options menu.

Thanks, its a bug in CB and ArkInventory. Both using the same variable that actually should be local;)

it worked for awhile with the new load v2.0.6, but when I logged onto another character, then logged back in, Bar2 was gone again.

it works with one bar, but when I try to put in a second bar one of them vanishes into thin air after a short time.

Buffs weren't being adjusted down. Updating Lib-Jostle fixed it.

kinda fixed now. the buffs still dont move UNLESS i cast a Tempory buff like the fishing lure then it will move down. but once the buff runs out or i remove it. the buff will jump back up to there default spots

just a heads up (you probley already know) but the CB works fien on Beta just cant get in to the options part and its not adjustion the blizzard frames like the minimand or buffs, other then that seems to work fine

ok thanks working on beta now, just one small minor issues now. is the buffs and minimap dont move when the check mark is set to move blizzard frames. other then that its working like normal in beta

Long time Titan user, but sometimes it does things that annoys me. I saw this one recommended via wow.com, but I was wondering about using/replacing titan plugins, and using top and bottom bars. I think what makes me nervous about switching is losing the info the plugins provides

Yess - great work on CB! I've used it for quite a while.

As a note, after updating to r109, something has broken with libJostle. Upon each login, I get the libJostle related error and then several of my loader/display modules do not display.

However, once I go into ChocolateBar config, select ANY module on the bar that is effected (top or bottom), uncheck the "ENABLE" box and then re-check the ENABLE box (essentially turning the module off then on), the effected modules on that bar will appear normally.

Just quite annoying having to do this upon every login attempt atm.

This was resolved by replacing the embedded LibJostle (r44) with the newly available version (http://www.wowace.com/addons/libjostle-3-0/files/31-r50/) (r50).

The error has gone away. Might want to update ChocolateBar to include the latest version of LibJostle.

You need to put a note somewhere that you need to set toggle to "None" if you want all to display.
Took me a while to work out what the deal is with my disappearing bars and why I couldn't move them.
