Hey, great addon, but I would like to request a feature.

From good old DAoC I am used to switch chat channels with hotkeys like "Shift+G" opens guild channel.

This is possible with prat as far as I know but maybe easy to incorporate into this addon too.

Would be really nice to add an option to change Whisper's sound. Something like what ChatMOD uses, where u can explore a .mp3 file and use it as the whisper sound.

maybe im missing something but is there any way to switch which language my character is talking in? im not on a RP server... but it would be nice to make a joke about tauren in the BE language during a raid without them "hearing"

I'm in the same situation, but playing on an RP server. I know we can use macros for switching the language, but it'd be great to be able to use Chatter without the need for macros.

I am able to click my own skill link, but not others.

I just tried all this and with this Mod or Phanx or ChatMod loaded I am blocked on clicking others trade skill links, with out any chat modifying mod it is not blocked.

I am guessing it is something to do with this new feature, that has to be worked out for all these chatframe mods to work again.

I am not able to click profession links since 3.1, it is a hindarace, but this is the only chat mod I like. Hope this gets fixed soon

The Chat Hover option seems to be bugged. I tried disabling it but the chat hover links still appear. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Is it just me (not being able to find the option), or is Chat Window fading not available in this addon? I love everything about Chatter and I don't wanna use anything else, even a module from Prat, if I can help it.

Does Chatter give the option to fade the chad box to a defined alpha after a certain amount of inactivity? Or even better, while in combat?

I was wondering if there is a way for to automatically have a channel frame pop in a certain situation. Like combat log only shows in arena but is hidden anywhere else

is there a way to turn off the 'guild note' thing? Like, Oeddlyn is an alt of Nnenna - that's written on the guild note. When Oeddlyn logs it appears [Oeddlyn][Nnenna]

The height adjustment for the Edit Box is bugged and you have to kind of fling it downwards with your mouse to get it to become shorter.

It also resets every time you /reload ui or log out and in. :\

Blizzard has acknowledged the profession links is on their end.

I have the same problem, any solution to this would be appreciated.

same thing with me, i filtered through all my addons to find the problem.
solution is to delete/remove "spammenot" something to do with that stops basically all your system messages coming through instead of just spam :)

I've a problem with being able to see System Messages, like ppl logging in/out, ppl getting kicked, ppl joining raid/guild, same with general, I can see ppl writing in it but just ppl within the guild and no one else.

tho I see whispers and gchat.

i installed chatter and cant see any Tabs. so i cant move the 2 windows. anyone knows where i can find this option or how to move them ?

I'm having trouble resizing the edit box. I can only change the size the width but when I try to change the height it will just move the box instead while also randomly making it taller. :\
