still broken... i see a catogary named "unknowned" under the instances menu.

WoWMatrix now supports donations to the autors.

I love your cartographer addon here, but I am having a small problem. Whenever I am in an instance, if I have the cartographer instance maps enabled in my addons menu, I am unable to bring up any drop down menus. If I try to change the looting options, trade with another player, change my characters title, ect. none of those drop down menus appear untill I leave the instance or logout and turn off the cartographer instance maps. Didn't know if this was common knowledge or just me.

First, love your addon. Been using it since BC, and I can't play without waypoints and maps that don't take the entire screen to display.

So I guess I have a bug report/general query. When Cartographer is active and I'm traveling, the map seems to switch back to my current zone every time I cross a new area; flying from Sindragosa's Fall to Scourgeholme while viewing Grizzly Hill zone's map kicks me back to Icecrown map. This never happened in any previous Cartographers, so I'm wondering whether this is actually a bug, or an addon language change by Blizzard that cannot be modified.

I have something to say about some of the posts I have read in the comments here. It would be nice if people actually READ everything on this page and helped the developer by doing what he asked.

This was asked of us so he does not have to waste time sifting though these comments to find the bugs that need to be fixed. If we all did as he asked we would see these bugs fixed a lot quicker.

Can someone help me i updated cartographer but its not showing on my screen when i type /cartographer menu pops out so its there but i can't SEE THE MAP!
like nothing is there...do i need to enable something?

As a matter of fact yes the do. If they do not have the Cartographer addon installed there is no way for yours to find and display them on your map.

I am not seeing all my Guildie's positions. Do they also need to have cartographer installed?

Cartographer is great. In my opinion, Cartographer 3.0 is much nicer. It would be even nicer if it included instance maps like it used to.

I'm glad you decided not to support WoWMatrix. When I read what it was they were actually doing, pirating software, I instantly deleted my Interface and WTF folders and downloaded the proper versions. Had I known all along that was how they operated, I never would've used WoWMatrix in the first place. What with the Blizzard policy change throwing mod makers in a ruckus and then with the WoWMatrix thing, I'm hoping that everything turns out okay. I'm very glad that you and other mod authors are continuing to post updates and such for the public, and also thankful to Curse and WowInterface for doing such a great job hosting the mods. Together all of you make the AddOn community a very awesome project, and you enhance the game 1,000 fold. Keep up the great work!

First of all thanks for this great addon!

I have a little problem with it though... When I right click on the map it used to zoom out to the continent map and then to the world map, now when I right click nothing happens... I can't change zones via the top menu either. I have deleted the cartographer files in the WTF folder and the addon from the Interface folder and done a clean install but nothing helps...

Just having a small problem.
Where did the floating coordinates go?
They were there after the patch. After the patch update they disappeared.
I upgraded addons, turned everythong else off.
Do I have to enable them or something.

Ok I am having an issue with Quest Helper and Cartogrepher working together. Both will work fine together as long as I am not in an Instance. Inside an instance it's one or the other. Was wondering if there is solution to this problem or something being worked on. Other than take one or the other.

First, kick ass addon. One of my top 5 can't live without addons. 'Nuff said.

Second, to all those QQing about WoWMatrix, just download the curse client, it also has an autodownload/update feature.

Third, I do have a small issue with your addon. I'll do my best to describe what happens.

In various areas of the map, usually around cities of some sort, there are.....halos is the best way I can think to describe them. When I look at the map, they aren't there, but when I mouse over them, they show up. When they show up, I cannot click anything on the map. No Gatherer, no click and drag to move the map, no party information on the players, NOTHING. I don't see any use for these halos at all, and I respectfully request you take them out of your addon. I don't presume to tell you how to make your stuff, but this is something that has bugged me since I downloaded this addon months ago.

If you need a screenshot, please let me know, I'll get you one to help explain what I'm talking about.

Third You develop a third party addon for a product. support the other products.

most hoster have their own updater, some host on their own page and dont have something like that. wow matrix updates them all. in ONE tool. not 3 to 4 for whoknowswhat-hosters.
