Cartographer 3.0

Table of Contents

This is a map addon for World of Warcraft that replaces the map and offers shiny features.

The idea is for it to work very much like Google Maps, only in-game.

Cartographer 3.0 is brand new, "experimental" version of Cartographer.

Doesnt work for me either. I am using the same loggin info as I'm using for curse and it doesnt take it on wowace anymore. It also wont let me create a new loggin.

Well that's weird. It's working fine for me.. and yes it is part of the Curse network so your login info should be the same. Try messaging the webmaster and being like "wtf?"

Uhh the coords on the top of the map are off of my screen and I can't grab the edges of the map to resize it so what do I do?

I'm also having this problem. When I tried to register, it said that my email was already in use, so I figured I must had registered already. I entered in my email so that it would send me my password, but it said that they don't recognize my email >.<

So my email is in use....but they don't recognize it. The site is not working.

I fixed the problem where if you were in ZulDrak and you open the map sometimes half of the zone map would be covered by Storm Peaks.
Works with v0.10.3-2-g52371d0 and all user created patches so far. May work with older versions but I have not tested it.

How can I turn off the guild location features? I don't want to send my location OR receive information on guildies' locations on the map. But it's not like Cartographer 2 where that module could be disabled, and there doesn't seem to be a menu option for it...!

if you want to add Dalaran quickly I have made a post here that shows lua Diff I have made to add it, I faked it under a new continent http://forums.wowace.com/showthread.php?p=255812#post255812 so ppl could manually add Dalaran to your patch nor vice versa if you do it so.

I did take a look at that but, it does cause a few bugs..
Because it's not correctly integrated, it leads to a few problems like lack of coords for the map, and also returns a nil value for the menus, resulting in an error when trying to access them. So they will stop working again.
Still doing some tests for that map though. ;)

well I think you will invest too much time fixing up all small bugs related to notes instance etc etc of course the way I added Dalaran is not the best but it's not really breaking stuffs that were not broken previously, most bugs are in the Notes system which is far to be usable and useful for now ppl just need at least maps, I think thats ckk's job to make it totally stable.

not sure if anybody is experiencing this but wintergrasp bases dont appear right on cartographer nor stuff like the ship's flying in icecrown.
