hmm, tried using winrar instead of winzip and they open now

I found cartographer 3 slowing down my computer alot when starting the client, so I stopped using it. Might try it once it gets updated, but generally it's getting to be expensive on resources.

Use Firefox for the download, IE7 seems to break it.

every zip i download from the wowace forum attachments is corrupted and won't open. what the hell? other people have had this problem too. the files from the normal site work though.

Just a little FYI for all of you. www.wowace.com/projects/cartographer3/ has a more up-to-date version of this mod and the comments on the page have a few user-hacks to it that fix a few issues some people were finding annoying. Be sure to check out mine =D

For those trying to get MetaHawk's updates on wowace and having trouble logging in, there is an error on the wowace site.
I "bypassed" it by doing this:
click link in MetaHawk's post.
Attempted to login.
When I got the error, i clicked the "lost password" put in my email.
It told me not found, I then attempted to register,
it told me email in use.
I then clicked the "login" link at the very upper right hand corner and it took me to my profile page that had a check box asking if I accepted the new updated terms of use.
I checked that and hit the button and now I can browse the wowace forums just fine.

The above work-around didn't work for me, same continual loop, but I did find a workaround that did work for me and that was to sign in whilst still on curse site, (which went in without issues) and once signed in here then go to link posted (in same window) I remained signed in and could download all patches.

just letting you guys know in case other workaround dosn't work for you either

I love the updates from DrAgRoS and merah! Top job guys. Could someone 'fix' removing map notes? I would but I ain't got a clue where to start. :D

Is dalaran in there somewhere because some of my guildies say they have it on c3 but i dont and we have the same version number. Is this a bug ?

They've most likely applied the patch I created to sort out some of the current problems. The patch fixes the following:

All menus working correctly, including POI menus.
Notes icons can now be correctly assigned.
Notes can now be saved/edited/deleted correctly.
Updated some libraries.

Added instance maps for
Azjol'Nerub
Drak'Tharon Keep
Gundrak
Naxxramas
The Nexus
The Violet Hold
Utgarde Keep
Added POIs to the main map for the above.

I read the others comments you posted here, I tried to put the same login and pass I use here, changed my password, tried to create a new account and didnt work.

Please, host this fan updates in another place, try the curse foruns... =)

The video isn't working :/ And I'd really like to see it, so that I can figure out if I want to upgrade from Cart to Cart 3 :) And yes, thank you for all your hard work, we love ya :)

So I am unable to login to wowace as well, using the same info as here at Curse, so don't give me that advice please.

Could anyone host these elsewhere? Or email them to me and I will host them myself for all the other Cart 3 fans.
