Addon Description

Bulk mail sending made really easy. Bulk Mail also offers the unique ability to automatically send emails based on rules you configure. This is very useful and powerful if you have bank alts that for specific resources. With a few clicks you can now send all collected items to the right alt simply by opening the send mail page.

Bulk Mail is originally written by hyperactiveChipmunk. NeoTron just took over the addon with his blessing and will work on moving to Ace3 and adding support for LibDataBroker.

Bulk Mail v4.0 Beta

BulkMail v4.0 beta is now available for download. The beta is a complete move to Ace 3, LibQTip, LibDropdown and other modern version of the libraries used. Please report any issues with this version so I can fix it. Right now the Ace2 configuration will be kept around in case you decide to downgrade. Note however that Ace3 configuration will not be downgraded to the Ace2 configuration.

Version History Explained

BulkMail 2 (version 2.x) was the version during Burning Crusade. BulkMail 2 (version 3.x) was the version during Wrath of the Lich King. BulkMail 2 (version 4.x) is the new Ace3 based version. BulkMail 2 v7.x is updated for Legion. Since it's rather confusing to have BulkMail 2 v3.0, BulkMail 3 v4.0 or similar, I simplified it to just BulkMail with a version. Typically the major version matches the current expansion (1 = vanilla, 2 = BC, 3 = WotLK, 4 = Cataclysm) although there's no guarantee for this.

Hi, I have been using Bulkmail2 for about 2 months now making moneyusing inscription.
Last night i accidently press the "Close" button next to the "Send Mail" side of the mailbox once opened. When i log onto my other account the window is there and all my rules are still present and working. I was wondering how to get this window to come back up so i can contunie to hit "send" when 7000000 glyphs are in my bags ready to be sent to my alts to be sold on the AH. My "open" feature is still working fine.

Any update to this? Or anyone know of another addon to send profession materials to specific characters? (Saw Mule Filter on wowace, but that also has been abandoned....) Thanks.

Might be a stupid question, but here goes:

How do I remove an item from the autosend list without clearing the whole list? I've accidentally added a specific item and can't find any way to remove it.

Anyone know how to set up the AutoSend feature to automatically send BoE green quality items to a character i.e. from alts to a Disenchanter? Is it even possibly?

I've confirmed that two mails sent from one alt to another were not received.

I've also seen some "invalid user" messages pop up. This leads me to believe that some rare issue with BulkMail2 is having it rarely send mail incorrectly when filling in a default destination.

Can anyone confirm a similar experience?

I think what happens is that I try to move (using wasd) and I overwrite the name in the 'send to' field.. and I end up sending mail to some random nonsense name. I've learned my lesson and haven't done this since. I have not seen any issues with sending mail to the wrong person, nor have I seen "invalid user" messages.

With the curse client v4, it said that this was updated. That's not true, but I reinstalled it anyway. I re-applied the hack as listed below and everything seems to work.

the exclude list doesn't store values properly,
Unlike the autosend rules i have setup the global exclude list only store the list on the "characters" savedvariables, eg i setup all eternals to go my bank alt, but i want to exclude the crystalised versions,
However I think rather than making correcting this i would rename global excludes to CHARNAME Excludes and then also have the Global excludes, other than that i would say it works very well

Also maybe a checkbox on the mail send queue window to save the dropped items in the "to be sent list" to a new or appended Rule

Pretty sure you can just create a rule click the include text, go to Item Type -> Trade Goods -> Enchanting

you may need some of the optional dependencies

No instructions makes this mod difficult to use. I'd love to be able to auto mail my DE to my enchanting alt but it's just not looking like it is going to happen.

Did you still want help with this? It's pretty easy to set up.

In fact, I love this and its sibling mod so much I'm thinking of taking it over to push out the update and write docs.
