20 - Items not found when mail opened

When selecting "take all" option, as mail is being opened, "item not found" appeared 5 times and those items were never retrieved and therefore lost. unfortunate, this isone of the BEST addons!!!

    This isn't related to bug 14, as far as I can tel.

    In fact, I suspect that this bug report is a mistake.  The "Item not found" message is a bug from Blizzard; I've seen it happen with almost every addon that can take items from mail.  In all cases, I've seen it correctly take the items.  If it's a stackable item and you already have one in your bags, the new ones you take will try to add to the existing stack.  If you're not watching carefully, it can seem as if the items poofed.

    Is this a duplicate or related to bug 14 ?

    This has a smaller list of addons, which would help narrow down the troublemaker.

    callenn1968, have you tested without any other addons loaded? In bug 14, the submitter says they tested with no other addons loaded and could not reproduce their issue. I wonder if these two bugs are the same and if your issue could also not be reproducible with no other addons loaded.

    The items aren't lost when this message appears; they stay in your inbox. Sometimes I get that message even when the items make it into my bags; I've learned to ignore it.

    If for some reason BMI loses track of the items when this message appears, that's a bug. However, you should be able to force the display to refresh by closing the inbox, waiting about 60 seconds, then re-opening it.
