965 - Missing buffs/debuffs in filter

Missing shaman spells/abilities:
Totemic Wrath (spell ID 77746)
Bind Elemental (spell ID 76780)
Water Shield (spell ID 52127) uncertain if this works by default (old one were ID 23575) or not.
Dwarf race added to Heroism buff and exhaustion debuff (have not checked horde's races for Bloodlust/Sated)
