810 - Combat Fader/Portrait issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Often happens immediately subsequent to login.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My player frame is set to fade to 0% opacity; on occasion, when all other components fade the 3D player portrait will not.

What version of the product are you using?
v4.0.0-beta12-1-gef7174e

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors are returned

    Actually found a workaround for this.

    Probably not something I can fix. Looks like Blizzard made the Portrait ignore the alpha of the parent frame. Noticed it last night.
