687 - add Aura simulator to Config Mode

Sometimes it can be tricky to figure out whether or not a custom Aura Filter is working as intended. It would be wonderful if we could create a list of buffs and debuffs that are simulated when in Config Mode, so we could see if our filters are doing exactly what we think they will. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this out-of-combat, currently, and during a boss encounter you don't have time to fiddle with filter settings.
